For hire is our very clean and well looked after three bedroom Hawthorn Lodge on the tranquil St Helen's Coastal Resort in Ryde, Isle of Wight.

Lodge Description
Hawthorn Lodge is a modern, well-maintained three-bedroom static home, presented to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. It features a main bathroom with WC and a walk-in shower, an additional separate WC, a well-equipped kitchen diner, and a comfortable living area. French doors open onto a private decking area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.
Inside, guests can enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a TV with DVD player, and a range of appliances including a kettle, air fryer, toaster, fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, and iron with ironing board. The lodge is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Outside, there is access to a seasonal outdoor pool and private parking for one car.
Booking and Conditions:

You must bring your own towels
Entry to the caravan from 15:00 on your first day and please vacate from 11:00 on day of departure.
A deposit of £100 (Non- Refundable) is required to secure your stay.
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
We are unable to provide a full refund after final payment received.
We also require a Refundable deposit of £100 to cover the cost of any loss damage or breakages.
This will be refunded soon after as long as everything is found to be in order.
Restrictions:
We DO NOT allow charging of any electric vehicles on site.
Charging points are available at the nearby supermarket.
NO BALL GAMES (Site Rules)
Strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING and NO candles on site.
WE HAVE A NO PET POLICY.
We DO NOT allow same sex group bookings, i.e Hen or Stag parties.
This is a very peaceful site so the use of noisy Motorcycles or Scooters is not permitted.
Please dont hesitate in contacting us for any enquires you have prior to and including you stay.
