REFLECTIONS-3 … With 3-BEDROOMS, wonderful SEA & COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS from inside & out, parking at your door or in the large green space on the other side of the caravan and just 2-minutes from the on-site shop & reception, coastal path & concrete path that leads down to the privately owned sandy beach, "Reflections-3" offers a warm & spacious 36ft x 12ft home-from-home with 3 bedrooms, 2 loos & large living areas. "Reflections-3" is consistently well-maintained & well-equipped with the little touches that ensure you enjoy your stay.

Neighbours are to just one side so lots of open space to the front & side of the caravan ... a larger space in which to play & make friends ... the more enclosed area to the other side for private dining on a round picnic-style table, bbq or to relax in the garden loungers, as well as the spacious deck with a sit-a-while bench and freestanding table & chairs, all with amazing Sea Views. "Reflections-3" offers the flexibility for the smaller or larger family, or indeed couples who like more space.

Early morning coffee as the sun streams across the sea & into the caravan? Or an evening tipple while stargazing with the moon reflecting across the water against a dark night sky? It's called 'Reflections' for a reason!

It has a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with central island dividing it from the dining area. Built-in gas oven, grill & hob. Plenty of cupboard space, integral under counter fridge/freezebox & microwave, Henry vacuum, steam iron & ironing board.

Washing-up is more enjoyable with the countryside view of Culver Down Cliff & it's chalky path that leads up to the Monument :)

Electric radiators in all rooms throughout put you in control of your heating needs & there's a gas fire in the lounge, tv/dvd, dab radio & clock-radios, hairdryer and peace of mind smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, as well as those little extras to make your stay special.

TWO LOOS, one in the family shower room and a useful separate toilet too. Ideal for family living, or for couples who prefer not to share!

Three bedrooms with flexible accommodation that sleeps 6 comfortably:
EITHER … One Double & 2 Twin bedded rooms.
OR … Two doubles & 1 Twin bedded room - One room has free-standing single Divan beds that zip together to make another comfortable double - no middle gap! There's also a pull-out sofabed double in the lounge if you need to sleep 8.

All mattress covers, duvets and pillows are supplied & optional memory-foam mattress toppers are on the Double bed and 2 Twin beds, for those who prefer extra support. The other 2 Twin beds that can be converted into a double have deep Divan mattresses. Just bring sheets, pillowcases & duvet covers, towels & toiletries.

Alternatively, bedding can be provided at a small additional cost so your beds are made up with clean, crisp linen, all ready for your arrival.

~ Electric radiators throughout put you in control of your heating needs, offering you choice to heat the whole caravan or just the areas you prefer. There's also a gas fire in the Lounge for a little extra.
~ Fully compliant with all gas & electricity certificates.
~ All gas, electricity and water is included in the holiday price.

~ please note that free site WiFi & a private Booster is provided but because of the remoteness of the site, cannot always be relied on

BOOKING TERMS
A non-refundable deposit secures a booking in either of our caravans.
- £100 p/week July and August
- £75 short breaks & all other months.
- Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement please, together with a £50 p/week 'holding' deposit against damage that will be returned to you soon after you return home, if all in order.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION - If you'd like to holiday with family or friends, our 2-bedroom "Barefoot-on-the-Beach” (no. 9703) offers you additional accommodation. The 2 caravans are within walking distance of each other and both are equally well-equipped, have wonderful sea & countryside views and decking.

Family-run Sandhills Holiday Park is set in an AONB and has 4 Rose Award stars. Their professional staff are on hand for queries or local knowledge. There’s a well-stocked shop selling food & drink essentials, ice cream, alcohol, gifts, beach goods, etc.

The Culver Haven and The Propeller family-friendly pub/restaurants with wide menus are within walking distance, and the Nab Bar is next door for quick bites or a drink. The Wonky Cafe on the beach is up for sale this year.

Sandhills not only has direct access to the beautiful Whitecliff Bay beach but sits on the coastal path that forms part of the 500+ footpaths & cycleways that cross-cross this beautiful island, offering the best of both worlds … a relaxing stay with wonderful beach and views, or the ideal base from which to explore!
