Whether you’re looking for a special holiday, or just a few days away, 3-BEDROOM “REFLECTIONS-3’ offers a clean, spacious 36ft x 12ft well-equipped home-from-home with wraparound DECKING and fantastic SEA & COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS from inside & out. The perfect place to relax, enjoy and experience the wonderful Isle of Wight - 26 miles of beauty, beaches, culture and fun that starts with a ‘cruise’!

Ideally positioned at a slight angle at the end of a row in a larger green space, “Reflections-3” is set slightly back and just 2-minutes across from the on-site shop & reception and the coastal path that joins the many miles of walking & cycling pathways around the island & concrete path that leads down to the privately owned Whitecliff Bay sandy Beach

The detail:
WELCOME
4 wide steps lead up from the paved surround onto the Wraparound Decking and glazed Entrance Door welcoming you into the separate Hallway with full-length mirror, shoe rack, cupboard and coat hooks. Open-plan living areas lie to the left and the Hallway continues to the right leading to the 3 Bedrooms, Double Shower Room and 2 Loos.
Inside or outside, there’s amazing views out to Sea and across to the Culver Down Cliff & its chalky path that leads up to the Monument.
KITCHEN / DINER (12’ x 8’6”)
A well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining area with Central Island, a useful divider between cooking & dining areas and ideal for dishing up and passing through to the Freestanding table & 6 dining chairs.
- Built-in eye-level gas oven & grill and 4-ring gas hob built into the worktop.
- Plenty of glass-fronted high-level and undercounter cupboard space, built-in wine rack, under counter domestic fridge/freezebox & microwave,
- Henry vacuum, 4-slice toaster, electric kettle, steam iron & ironing board, folding hop-up stepstool
- Well-equipped with everything you need to self-cater for 8; crockery, cutlery & serving utensils; saucepans, frying pans, egg poacher & steamer; mugs, teapots & cafetière; tea trays & table mats; casserole dishes, roasting & baking trays; weighing scales, mixing bowls, measuring jug, whisk & colanders; everything from egg cups to picnicing & a few plastic plates, bowls & beakers for the little ones

LOUNGE (12’x12’)
The kitchen/dining areas lead through to the spacious open-plan carpeted Lounge area at the front of the caravan, comfy 2-seater & 3-seater sofas, scatter cushions, corner tables with usb charging ports, table lamp, mirrors, dab radio & free-standing coffee table and separate Armchair
- A tall glass-fronted cabinet contains various size tumblers & wine glasses, boardgames, books, a variety of DVDs (U, PG, 12 & 15yrs) and a few ideas of places to visit, things to do, bus timetables, recommended takeaways, interesting shipping & stargazing websites, etc. More leaflets are available at Reception or speak with Sandhills professional receptionists who are always happy to help … or simply give us a call
- Free Wifi via Sandhills & our own standalone systems, although the general landscape sometimes causes poor signal strength
- Lighting to suit your mood with separate switches for each living area, as well as a table lamp.
- The wall mounted tv/dvd can be viewed from all living areas … if you can tear your eyes away from the outside views!
HEATING & WATER
- all gas, electricity & water is included in the price of your holiday
- Electric radiators in all rooms & in the hallway put you in control of your heating needs … warm & toasty throughout or in just some areas.
- There’s a gas fire in the lounge for a cosy evening in with fire guard
- water is heated by an electric boiler … care it’s hot!
BATHROOMS
Thermostatically controlled taps in the double enclosed shower unit with sliding glass doors puts you in control of the temperature & flow of water for a shower that is comfortable for everyone - and the deeper shower tray & plug provides little ones with a mini bath if preferred.
- Moulded in-shower shelf, hooks & shower squeegee.
- A bath mat, a loo roll, toilet cleaner & sanitary blocks, antibacterial hand soap & spray are provided & we ask you to bring your own towels & toiletries.
- The remaining bathroom suite consists of a normal size wash basin with mirror over, long-flush loo & loo brush, separate wall-mounted mirrored cabinet for your toiletries, over door & wall-mounted towel hooks, floor level tubular heater with protective cage over, opening window & roller blind.
The second separate Loo has a long-flush toilet & loo brush, smaller wash hand basin with mirror over, a wall-mounted glass fronted cabinet for toiletries, floor level tubular heater with protective cage over, opening window & roller blind.
- A loo mat, toilet roll, toilet cleaner & sanitary blocks, antibacterial spray & handsoap are provided.
- both bathrooms have easy-wipe floors
3 BEDROOMS
Three carpeted bedrooms with flexible accommodation that sleep 6 comfortably:
EITHER … One Double & 2 Twin bedded rooms.
OR … Two doubles & 1 Twin bedded room - One room has free-standing single Divan beds that zip together to make another comfortable 4’6” double - no middle gap! There's also a pull-out sofabed double in the lounge if you need to sleep 8.
Plump duvets and pillows, soft non-rustle, waterproof mattress covers & hypoallergenic pillow protectors are supplied & optional memory-foam mattress toppers are on the Double bed and 2 Twin beds, for those who prefer extra support. The other 2 Twin beds that can be converted into a double have deep Divan mattresses. Just bring sheets, pillowcases & duvet covers, towels & toiletries.
Alternatively, bedding can be provided at a small additional cost so your beds are made up with clean, crisp linen, all ready for your arrival.

- The Double Bedroom (9’ x 6’6”) has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table with drawer & stool under and light & mirror over, central light with door & bedside switches, two bedside cabinets, dab clock radio, hairdryer & over bed cupboards
- The Twin Bedroom (8’ x 6’6”) with the 2 divans that can be zipped together to make a second double bed has a single wardrobe, central light with door & bedside switches, between-beds bedside cabinet, mirror and over-bed cupboards
- The Third Bedroom (7’2” x 5’2”) has two single beds, a half-height wardrobe, between-beds bedside cabinet, over-bed cupboards, mirror & a dimmer switch on the main light to help little ones drift off to sleep

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION - If you'd like to holiday with family or friends, our 2-bedroom "Barefoot-on-the-Beach” (no. 9703) offers you additional accommodation. The 2 caravans are within walking distance of each other and both are equally well-equipped, have wonderful sea & countryside views and decking.

BOOKING TERMSA non-refundable deposit secures a booking in either of our caravans.
- £100 p/week July and August
- £75 short breaks & all other months.
- Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement please, together with a £50 p/week 'holding' deposit against damage that will be returned to you soon after you return home, if all in order.

About the Area
Family-run Sandhills Holiday Park is set in an AONB and has again been awarded 4 Rose Award stars. It’s green, sprawling layout with a few clumps of trees makes for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere as it nestles between the beautiful Whitecliff Bay beach & Culver Downs. Rabbits graze & you may even glimpse a red squirrel or two, or be visited by the two ducks who tour the site hoping to be fed!Sandhill’s professional staff are on hand for queries or local knowledge, or just to help out if needed. There’s a well-stocked shop selling food & drink essentials, ice cream, alcohol, gifts, beach goods, etc, and a token operated launderette. As well as lots of green space in which to play, there’s a children’s playground with climbing wall, slide & train.
The Culver Haven and The Propeller family-friendly pub/restaurants with wide menus are within walking distance, and the Nab Bar is next door for quick bites or a drink. The Wonky Cafe on the beach is unfortunately still up for sale this year.
Sandhills not only has direct access to the beautiful privately-owned Whitecliff Bay beach but sits on the coastal path that forms part of the 500+ footpaths & cycleways that criss-cross this beautiful island, offering the best of both worlds … a relaxing stay with wonderful beach and views, or the ideal base from which to explore! The reliable no.8 bus service links Sandhills with all other bus & train routes on the island if you want to park up the car.
The Isle of Wight itself is jam-packed with beautiful countryside & rolling hills, walking & cycling routes for all abilities, water sports & boating opportunities, places of interest, events and things to do for every enthusiast & budget. Many Guests return year-on-year to experience their favourites all over again or to see the latest additions … the challenge is to fit it all in!
