Caravan Description

This well-equipped and comfortable caravan is situated within a 5 minute walk of the beach and costal path. It is set in a spacious tree-lined grassy area with its own picnic table.

The caravan is accessed by 3 steps and a sturdy handrail, so please consider this when enquiring. The evening sun can be enjoyed from the grassy area at the rear.

It has double glazing throughout and has central heating with radiators in every room and a gas fire in the sitting room.

The sitting room is spacious with sofa and dining table seating for 6 people. In the sitting room there is a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and CD/radio.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven and grill, microwave and a fridge with freezer box. There is crockery and cutlery for 6 people and a full range and choice of glasses.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms (23" & 20" width beds). All bedrooms have generous cupboard space with ample hanging space.

In the bathroom there is a full walk-in shower with handbasin and separate toilet with handbasin.

Next to the caravan we have room for one car to park and with prior agreement, there may be additional parking available.

On site, dogs and other pets are NOT permitted by Sandhills Holiday Park.


Location

Sandhills is a friendly family-run holiday park with a welcoming and helpful reception. It has a licenced shop for basic supplies, an on-site launderette and a children's play area.

Tesco and other supermarkets also offer a home delivery service.

The park is a short walk down to Whitecliff Bay, a secluded sandy beach, accessible only on foot. The coastal footpath passes alongside the holiday park.

Pubs and restaurants are easily accessible from Sandhills (nearest being 3 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk).

Sandhills is located close to popular resorts Sandown, Shanklin, Ventnor and Bembridge.

The Isle of Wight has an excellent bus service with the nearest bus stop located a few minutes from the park.
