Caravan Description

Welcome to ‘Pam's Van’ - a spacious, comfy, 35x12 Willerby with 2 bedrooms, situated in the lower part of Sandhills Holiday Park offering views of Culver down.

Within 5 minutes you can access the beautiful private beach at Whitecliff Bay.

It comes complete with double glazing, gas central heating and a decking.

The lounge area has a comfortable corner sofa, with a separate corner area for dining. There’s a Freeview TV and some books for you to read too.

The Kitchen has all you need to prepare food whilst dining in; a full sized gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses and other utensils for your use.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash basin and toilet, along with a heated towel rail.

The master bedroom is a good size and has a double bed, with duvets and pillows provided, a good size wardrobe and the added bonus of an en-suite with toilet and basin.

The second bedroom is a smaller size, but has 2 single beds, again with duvets and pillows provided.

Outside we have a table with 4 chairs for you to use.

Parking is available for one car beside the caravan.

Very close behind the caravan is a small playground for children to enjoy.

No smoking is allowed. Sleeps 4 only.

No pets are allowed in the caravan or on site.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring your own.

We’re sure you will enjoy a relaxing stay in a tranquil setting with beautiful views.

Location

Sandhills Holiday Park is in an idyllic, peaceful location in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. It is a small and friendly site with an on site shop, launderette and small playground.

The Park also has its own access to the beautiful beach of Whitecliff Bay - you can enjoy leisurely days at the beach having a swim or paddle, or take a stroll taking in the stunning views.

Sandhills is not far from Bembridge, which has a few shops, takeaways, cafés and pubs. Bembridge also has its own Lifeboat Station and National Trust Windmill. Explore the interesting beaches, great for crabbing and rock pool adventures in low tide.

If you enjoy walking, the Isle of Wight is a walkers’ paradise. Close by you can walk up to Culver Down, which has spectacular views over Bembridge and Sandown Bay. You can follow the path over the Downs to Sandown too.

Here on the Isle of Wight nothing is too far a distance to travel and there is something for everyone. Children will enjoy Blackgang Chine, Robin Hill and The Isle of Wight Steam Railway, as well as a fun day at Sandown Bay where they can enjoy a game of Jurassic golf, search for fossils, visit the sandy beach and the Pier - all within a short 15 minute drive.

Adventure further for different beaches to discover, forests to explore, National Trust areas and quaint villages to visit.
English Heritage has three sites here - Osbourne House, Carisbrooke Castle and the smaller Yarmouth Castle. Other attractions include Shanklin Chine and old village; Amazon World; Godshill Model village; The Needles; Monkey Haven; Tapnell Farm Park with new Aquapark; plus Sandown Zoo, renamed the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary.

We have many supermarkets, with a Large Tesco store close to Ryde. Others include Aldi and Lidl near Shanklin and Morrisons in Newport and Lake.

The nearest pubs/restaurants are The Propeller Inn and Culver Haven Inn (booking recommended).
