Caravan Description
Our 35’ x 12’, 3 bedroom Willerby Rio Premier caravan is now available for holiday rentals on the family friendly Sandhills Holiday Park, Isle of Wight. This is a lovely site you'll want to return to time and again!
Sandhills Holiday Park offers private access to a beautiful sandy beach with rock pools to explore at low tide. If you like to exercise take a walk up to Culver Down and try the Culver Haven Inn for lunch. Or explore the coastal path, with stunning walks and scenic views.
The caravan has central heating and double glazing and is fitted out to a high standard.
The main lounge area has a large wraparound sofa, storage units, large TV with satellite (FreeSat) and gas fire. The dining area in the lounge has a corner seating section with two additional stools to use. There is also a double fold away bed should it be required.
Outside, there is a large decking area with table and chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea and surrounding park. Parking is right next to the caravan.
Water, gas and electric is included in our rental charges. The only thing you have to remember is to bring your towels, tea towels and bed linen for the beds ( 4.5 tog duvets and pillows are there but you will need to bring your own duvet covers pillow cases and sheets ) - then just RELAX.
Please no smoking inside caravan – on the decking is fine if you use an ashtray.
There is Wi-Fi on the site, plus a launderette.

Sandhills Holiday Park is a lovely family holiday park on the beautiful Isle of Wight, located near Bembridge on the east coast of the Island. On-site you will find a shop selling all basic provisions, magazines, confectionery, etc. There is also a beach café serving snacks and drinks throughout the day. There is also the Propeller Inn a short walk away and a bar on next site if you require a drink.
Bembridge village is only a short drive away, or you can walk via the beach or roadside. Here you will find local shops, takeaways, restaurants, pubs and other local amenities. If you need hardware, wet suits or beach wear go to Bembridge Harbour and take a look in the Spinnaker (shop not pub), which has a vast amount of useful stuff.
The Island itself has an abundance of activities for all ages: Sandown Zoo; Osborne House; Quar Abbey; The Garlic Farm; Dinosaur Island; Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill; The Needles and much more. No matter the weather there is always something to keep the family happy.
Shanklin, Sandown, Ryde and Ventnor are all within easy reach of Sandhills Holiday Park.
