Caravan Description
The accommodation comprises a kitchen, lounge and dining area, a main double bedroom and a twin-bedded room which can be easily converted to a double-bedded room.
The bathroom has a shower and wash basin and there is a separate WC with washbasin.
There is a washing line provided at the rear of the caravan.
The caravan benefits from double glazing and full gas central heating in all rooms.
The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet part of the park, it is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed on site.
There is a large grass area in front of the caravan – ideal for children to play safely.

About the Area
Sandhills holiday park is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with private access to the beach. It has stunning sea views and pine trees where the islands red squirrels can be seen.The site benefits from a well-stocked shop selling a range of newspapers, toys, food, drinks, souvenirs, etc. There is a laundry room (tokens are available from the shop), and a children’s play area. The site does not have a clubhouse but there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from the holiday park.
The Wonky cafe is located on the beach – a mere 2-minute walk from the site and provides a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks which you can eat in or takeaway.
The Nab Restaurant and Bar is located next to Sandhills and can be accessed via a narrow track to the left of the sloping access to the beach. You will also find a mini golf attraction here.
The village of Bembridge is a short drive from the caravan park – here you will find a selection of shops and pubs, such as The Spinnaker, The Crab and Lobster, The Culver Inn and the Pilot Boat. About a 20-minute walk from the site is the Propellor Inn, situated close to Bembridge airport. There is a large Tesco superstore nearby between Bembridge and Ryde.
There are many beautiful places to visit on the island and if you don’t fancy driving, there is a good bus service which will enable you to explore all major attractions, the nearest bus stop to the site being just a 10-minute walk away.
