Caravan Description

Spacious, as new, 35'x12', 6 berth caravan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sited on the peaceful and secluded, family friendly Sandhills Holiday Park in Bembridge, complete with decking.

The lounge is comfortable and offers double glazed windows, a flat screen TV, electric fire and coffee table. The attached dining area will seat six people comfortably.

We have three bedrooms - one is a double bedroom, with double wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror and a TV/DVD player. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, plus adequate wardrobe space.

The family bathroom has a spacious shower, wash basin, toilet, mirror and storage facilities. There is also a separate cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin.

Also included in the caravan for your use, is an iron and ironing board, Hoover and 2 portable electric heaters. There is also a washing line outside and pegs supplied if required.

We have a large decking area, with a patio table and chairs that are kept in the green storage box at the side of the caravan. Also in this box are sun chairs, sunbeds and assorted children's activity toys, such as surfboards.

Spacious parking for multiple cars is available directly beside the accommodation.

Gas, electricity and central heating is included in the price - all you need to bring is the bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Sandhills is a quiet, family friendly holiday park and as such we can only rent to families or couples, as per the site rules.

Facilities on site include a small shop where you can buy essentials, a launderette and children's play area. There is also an office with free Wi-Fi for your use, along with a private beach with its own café.
