Caravan Description

Our 35' x 12' Willerby Malton, 2 bedroom caravan is brand new for the 2025 season and sleeps four people. It occupies a prime position on the front row of Sandhills Holiday Park having panoramic sea views over beautiful Whitecliff Bay and Culver cliffs.

The caravan is double glazed, insulated and has gas central heating. (also electric convector heater) It has an open plan layout with free standing furniture in the lounge and dining kitchen area giving a bright spacious feel, with double sliding patio doors leading to a decked area with patio table and chairs.

The double bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside cupboards with lamps, USB charging points, dressing area/mirror, stool, hairdryer, shelving, open plan wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Wall mounted tv and radiator.

The smaller twin room has two small single beds, bedside cupboard, lamp, hairdryer and USB charging point. Wardrobe and shelving. Radiator.

Bathroom has toilet, wash handbasin and shower. Drawers and shelving. Heated towel rail.

Kitchen /diner: Table/chairs. Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full size gas cooker/extraction hood, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, veg steamer. Fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking dishes, iron/ironing board. Radiator.

Lounge area: Furnished with one 3 seater, 1 two seater settees. Coffee tables, lamps, free sat TV, books, magazines, games. USB charging points. Patio doors leading to decked area with table and chairs. Radiator.

There are two sun loungers (stored under double room bed). There is various beach equipment/buckets, spades, body board, inflatables etc. stored in the outside storage box including chairs for the beach.

WiFi is available on the caravan park but signal can be temperamental. We are currently looking at alternative options.
Gas/electricity is included in hire cost.
We supply duvets/pillows but hirers need to bring their own sheets, duvet covers (kingsize and/or singles), towels and tea towels. All beds have mattress protectors but if beds are being used by young children please provide your own additional mattress protection as necessary to avoid any "accidents".

Parking is allowed alongside caravan.

The park is a privately owned family site situated above Whitecliff Bay near to Bembridge village and a few miles from Sandown. There is a licensed, well-stocked shop on site, (normally open daily from Easter) along with a launderette and children's play area.

There is private access from the site to a wide sandy beach . There are many lovely walks locally.

Strictly no smoking or vaping in the caravan or on the decking area.

No pets allowed on site.

No hen/stag parties or under 21 groups .

Lettings normally weekly, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for alternative availability.
Access on arrival day is normally 3pm and departure time is 10 am at end of holiday. Ferry discounts are available.
