Caravan Description

Modern, fully equipped caravan, fully Double Glazed. 2 Bedrooms - 4 berth caravan (can also accommodate 2 adults and 3 children as either travel cot or additional sofa bed available). Located on the East Coast at Sandhills Holiday Park, Bembridge, IOW. Modern facilities, plus many added benefits for a perfect self-catering holiday. The caravan is situated on one of the higher points of the site providing our caravan with views out to sea and up to Culver Down with no interruptions. Open views are accessible from all the caravan windows. Access to the caravan is directly from the parking area at the side of the caravan and with only the one step onto the wrap around balcony, hirers with any mobility issues or walking aids will find this a much easier access to a caravan holiday.

An open-plan layout provides a more modern style of living with kitchen area and a corridor leads to the shower room and two bedrooms located to the back of the caravan. Lounge and dining area are carpeted with ample corner seating at both. A coffee table, footstool, Smart and Fire TV, DVD player, Freesat Box, games and DVDs are available in the storage provided. A gas fire set into a modern fireplace surround has a large mirror over. Large picture windows enhance the uninterrupted, all round views of the sea, the beach and up to the top of Culver Down.

The wrap-around balcony and decking offers additional outdoor seating, with no steps to manoeuvre if you prefer flat surface and relaxing sun loungers and a parasol and stand is also available as this south facing balcony can get quite hot.

The large open plan kitchen area offers the modern equipment you expect at home. With a gas cooker, frost free fridge, fully stocked with white crockery, pots and pans, utensils, oven trays, cutlery and much more. We also provide cleaning materials in a secure area away from small hands so that you do not need to pack everything., With vinyl flooring throughout the kitchen, corridor and bathroom areas it makes it easy wipe over cleaning when needed and cleaning materials are also provided.

The interior of the caravan is modern and comfortable with many added benefits, which we leave in the caravan to help you spend quality time on your holiday.

Bedrooms have built-in fan heaters if required but we also provide stand alone oil heaters if preferred.. All mattresses are new and we provide mattress protectors and all pillows have protectors. Floor to ceiling wardrobes in each bedroom with wooden hangers provided for use whilst you are on holiday. Small hairdryers are available in each room.

The bathroom provides a heated towel rail, power shower, basin with a shaver point and overhead light and storage in the cabinet provided. All of the sanitary ware is white, to include the WC.

Additional equipment includes: Smart Fire TV with Freeview and a Freesat Box is also provided. A DVD player with an assortment of DVDs for all ages, games, books, jigsaws, binoculars, beach chairs, parasol and stand, windbreaker, beach tent, flasks, picnic rug, buckets and spades, sand toys, balls and much, much more. All items are available for you to use during your stay. Around the caravan on all sides we are surrounded by grass and views that are one of the best on the site.

Please Note: Hirers are asked to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels. The caravan is a NO SMOKING area in line with all legislation and pets are not allowed on site.
