Caravan Description

Fully Double Glazed, 4 berth caravan, 2 bedrooms, located on Sandhills Holiday Park, Bembridge, Fully equipped with all modern facilities, plus many added benefits for a perfect self-catering holiday.

Access directly from the parking area at the side of the caravan and with only the one step onto the wrap around balcony, hirers with any mobility issues or walking aids will find this a much easier access to a caravan holiday.

An open-plan layout provides a more modern style of living and kitchen area and a corridor leads to the shower room and two bedrooms located to the back of the caravan.

Open plan lounge and dining area are carpeted with ample corner seating at both. A coffee table, footstool, TV, DVD player, Freesat Box, games and DVDs are available in the storage provided. A gas fire set into a modern fireplace surround has a large mirror over.

Large picture windows enhance the uninterrupted, all round views of the sea, the beach and up to the top of Culver Down.

The wrap-around balcony and decking offers additional outdoor seating, with no steps to manoeuvre if you prefer flat ground.

The large open plan kitchen area offers modern equipment and a large cooker and frost free fridge to make your stay easy as well as comfortable. With vinyl flooring throughout it makes it easy wipe over cleaning when needed.

The interior of the caravan is modern and comfortable with many added benefits, which we leave in the caravan to help you spend quality time on your holiday.

The double bedroom is fully double glazed and has a built-in bedroom heater. There is a floor to ceiling wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, plus high level and low level cupboards which offer ample storage space. Hairdryer is provided.

The twin bedroom is fully double glazed and has a built-in bedroom heater. There is a floor to ceiling wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, high level and low level cupboards and bedside table. The twin beds can be made into a substantial sized double bed if preferred.

The bathroom is fully double glazed and has a heated towel rail. There is a power shower, basin with light and shaver point and overhead light and storage in the cabinet provided. All of the sanitary ware is white, to include the WC.

Additional equipment includes: TV, DVD player, assortment of DVDs for all ages, games, books, jigsaws, binoculars, beach chairs, parasol and stand, windbreaker, picnic set, flasks, picnic rug, buckets and spades, fish nets, sand toys, balls, bats, umbrella and much, much more.

There is a grassed area for sitting out and for the children to play, with parking for two standard sized vehicles. There is additional parking at the office/shop if required.

Please Note:

Hirers are asked to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

The caravan is a no-smoking area in line with all legislation.
