Apartment Description

‘The Summerwind’ is our newly refurbished, gas central heated, split-level apartment in Ryde on the beautiful Isle of Wight. It has one bedroom, but can comfortably sleep 4 people.

‘The Summerwind’ has a ground floor bedroom that sleeps two guests. On the first floor, you will find an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, that also includes a pull-out sofa bed to sleeps a further 2 guests. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower over bath, a toilet and wash basin.

Outside you will find a small seating area with furniture and driveway parking.

‘The Summerwind’ makes an exceptional choice for an escape to the wonderful Isle of Wight.

Within the apartment you will find everything you need for a self-catering holiday on the Isle of Wight, including an electric oven and hob; microwave; fridge/freezer; washing machine; TV and Netflix access (own account details required) plus Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot (you will need to provide own linen for cot), stairgate and highchair are available upon request.

Sorry, no smoking inside the property.

We allow one well-behaved dog, but they must not go on the furniture or bed – and please clean up after your dog!

Please Note: This property is a split-level which may unfortunately not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Location

The Isle of Wight is easy to get around and offers all the popular local attractions and beaches - there is just so much to explore on the Island.

Shops, pubs, bus stops and a train station are all within walking distance. The beach is approximately one mile away.
