About the Area

This is a stunning static caravan on the peaceful and beautiful Malvern View Country & Leisure Park, situated, as the name suggests, at the foot of the Malvern Hills and within close proximity of the town of Malvern itself, as well as the historic City of Worcester.

The historically preserved, 16th century pub, The Live and Let Live, is worth a visit as it sits on the 'common' providing amazing views of the countryside.

As for all dog walkers and/or cyclists, there are amazing walks and cycle rides all around the area.

The famous Shelsey Walsh Hill racing track, dating back to the 40s and 50s, is to be found a 20 minute drive away up in the hills, if you fancy a trip to see vintage racing.

Worcester itself is a short drive away, offering all usual shopping and nightlife with the added bonus of more history. The Commandery, English Civil War headquarters, is a fascinating trip or you can feed the swans on the River Severn that meanders through the City centre.

The town of Malvern is a mecca for ramblers and serious hikers, with many paths and tracks up into the hills. It also boasts breathtaking views over the Malvern Hills and boasts several restaurants, bars and small independent shops, so well worth a visit.

Malvern View Country & Leisure Park itself has its own deer park, giving you the opportunity to hand feed the herd of deer. This herd features a white Stag.

There are 3 fishing lakes on site, very well stocked with Carp to 16lb, Perch to 3lb, Rudd and Roach to over 1lb and the odd Tench and Bream to add variety.

An on-site bar/restaurant offers a good menu of food and drink if you fancy a night off from cooking. The ' Barnhouse' also hosts numerous events throughout the year including live music, quiz nights, bingo, casino nights, sports on TV, plus a pool table and dart board. There is also a play area for kids situated outside, so you can watch them from the comfort of the restaurant.

At time of writing (October 25) construction is underway for an on- site indoor swimming pool, but this has not yet been completed.

For provisions, the lovely village of Bromyard is just a 5 minute drive from the park, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and quirky pubs.

In short, this is an area full of windy lanes and roads where you can stumble upon little villages and odd buildings at random, as well as some amazing views, and above all, peace and quiet!

If you are looking for hectic night life and lots of lights and noise, Malvern View Country & Leisure Park is probably not the place for you. However, if you want to decompress and appreciate the English countryside, you will not be disappointed.
