Our lovely holiday lodge on Shorefield Country Park has double glazing, central heating and two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.

The living area is spacious and full of light, with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a Velux window in the kitchen. There is also a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped, to include an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a full-size oven and 5-ring gas hob. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, including an electric food mixer, saucepans, casserole dish and all cutlery and crockery
The lounge has a feature fireplace and electric fire as well as a 43" Smart TV with access to Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as other catch-up TV options. There is also a soundbar and a DVD player. The French doors open onto the spacious, south-facing veranda, complete with lovely patio furniture, a 2 seater chair and 2 standard chairs, as well as a large coffee table.

As this is our family holiday home, there are some books, games and toys that you are more than welcome to make use of.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, a wall-mounted TV, plenty of wardrobe space and a large dressing table. It also boasts an en-suite with the benefit of a bath, toilet and wash basin, as well as a wall-mounted bathroom cabinet.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, wardrobe and mirror with shelf underneath.

The main bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, along with a wall-mounted bathroom cabinet.

The outside space is spacious and inviting. There is a new charcoal lidded BBQ on the patio area next to the holiday home, complete with a coffee table to serve onto.

There is also parking for two cars alongside our holiday home, solely for our guests’ use.

We provide a clothes airer, pegs, an iron and ironing board. There is also a hairdryer.

Guest Wi-Fi is available for your own devices.

All bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

Towels are also provided, including a couple of large beach towels for swimming etc.

To get your holiday off to a great start without having to rush straight to the shops, we provide the following too:

. Welcome Pack, to include milk, bread, butter and squash
. Tea, coffee and sugar sachets
. Dishwasher tablets
. Toilet roll

We do ask that you use the above sparingly and provide your own essentials for the rest of your holiday

Passes are included in the price, so you are able to use all the facilities available on site.

ENTRY AND DEPARTURE TIMES ARE FLEXIBLE, DEPENDING ON OTHER BOOKINGS, USUALLY ENABLING YOU TO ARRIVE EARLIER AND LEAVE A LITTLE LATER

PLEASE NOTE:
Shorefield does not allow EV charging from any van. There are EV chargers at reception and around the site, which are very reasonably priced

Bookings & Conditions

We ask for a 20% deposit at the time of booking, or full payment if the booking is made less than 28 days before your holiday start date.

We also ask for a £200 refundable security deposit, which will be returned to your bank account upon successful inspection of our holiday home.



Location

Shorefield Country Park is located in a lovely part of the area, with just a 10 minute walk to the beach at Milford-on-Sea, a short drive to Lymington, with its riverside bars and cafes, Lyndhurst - the gateway to the New Forest and Brockenhurst, another lovely town. There are plenty of walks and cycle rides to be had in the area.

Local attractions include Peppa World at Paultons Park, Hurst Castle, Brownsea Island and Beaulieu, with Bournemouth and Sandbanks not too far away.

In New Milton you will find individual shops and cafes, as well as Morrisons, Tesco, LIDL, Aldi and M&S Food.
