Caravan Description
John & Dee welcome you to our lovely, modern, open plan 2 Bedroom Swift Bordeaux Park Home on the award winning Shorefield Country Park complex at Milford on Sea.
FREE PARK PASSES INCLUDED
Our Park Home benefits from having double glazed, with gas boiler central heating and instant hot water.
Outside is a good size decking area, space for parking and a hard standing barbeque area with barbeque (coals not provided).
We have two bedrooms: one double with a king size bed, dressing table, Smart TV, lots of storage and en-suite toilet with hand basin; and one second bedroom with twin beds and plenty of storage space.
Bed linen, pillows and quilts are provided and all beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.
The home has a large open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, to include a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster, and comes complete with all cooking and eating utensils. The lounge consists of a double sofa bed (linen, pillows and quilt provided), a Smart TV and an Echo Dot for all your music needs. Games and books are also provided.
Wi-Fi available in the home.
A table top ironing board and iron are also provided.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A £100 deposit will also be required to cover any loss, damage, breakages and/or excess cleaning, if required. This is fully refundable after our home has been inspected.
