We are excited to introduce the Swift Champagne Lodge; a luxurious holiday home of residential specification with gas central heating, on Shorefield Country Park.

It is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet close to all the facilities on site.
It is also an easy stroll of 10 minutes to the beach of Milford on Sea, and just a short drive to the New Forest.

As you step through the door into the entrance hall which has space for your coats and shoes. The stunning open plan lounge and dining area, with high end kitchen with built-in appliances, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. With a five burner gas hob and oven with extractor overhead and numerous cupboards. The glass dining table has lovely matching fully upholstered chairs.

The beautiful lounge is designed to a very high standard, with a free standing sofa and 2 wingback armchairs, feature point of the lounge is a very modern faux chimney breast and free standing electric log fire. The light floods in through the panoramic full length windows, with patio doors opening on to an extensive wrap decking area. At the end of a perfect day, you will love relaxing in this stunning room.

The master bedroom boasts plenty of space, with a king size bed, large mirrored dressing table area and large built in wardrobes. The luxurious en-suite shower room with back lit mirror and heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is spacious with full size twin beds, dressing table and wardrobe and drawers.

The main bathroom also has a heated towel rail with a large walk-in rain shower and plenty of storage.

The outside of the property has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture to sit down and relax.

The property comes with two parking spaces.

Bookings & Conditions:

One well behaved dog or two small size dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £25 each. Unfortunately, we will not accept puppies.

Smoking is not allowed.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

A £100 deposit is required upon booking (full payment is due if your stay is less than six weeks away).

We also take a refundable £100 security deposit. This will be refunded once the lodge has been inspected following your departure and everything is found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

Location

Shorefield Country Park is a 5 star rated holiday park set in 100 acres of landscaped grounds. It has received Silver for dog friendly business of the Year in 2023 at the Beautiful South Tourism Awards.

Out & About

The mainly pebble beach front at Milford on Sea can be reached on foot through the park in 10 minutes, or by car within a couple of minutes.

The views across to the Isle of Wight are beautiful, as are the sunsets.
There are foot ferries that run from Keyhaven to Hurst Castle which is just along from Milford on Sea. Alternatively, you can drive to Christchurch/Mudeford Quays in approximately 15/20 minutes.

Other nearby coastal areas include Barton on Sea, Highcliffe and Bournemouth.

Highcliffe is the nearest sandy beach. From Mudeford Quay you can take the ferry across to Hengistbury Head and the beautiful Sandbank beach with its colourful, and expensive, beach huts.

Lymington, with its shops and bustling quay is only 3 miles away. You can walk or cycle there from Milford / Keyhaven along the estuary paths that run through the old salt flats - a haven for birdlife.

The New Forest is only 3 miles away. The New Forest tour bus stops at Shorefield during the summer months and drops you off at local sightseeing spots around the New Forest.

There is lots to do locally with the attractions of Beaulieu, and the famous motor museum only a few miles away and Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park world is also nearby for fun days out.
