Lodge Description

A warm welcome to Koda’s Lodge, our stunning, spacious and luxurious 40ft x 16ft lodge that benefits from double glazing & central heating and is designed in a stylish and cosy way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

The spacious lounge has a corner settee and an easy chair, a large Smart TV, a fire for chilly evenings, vaulted ceilings with windows in the roof making it feel more homely, a sideboard with cards/games for your use and shuttered patio doors, which cover the whole width of the lodge. We also benefit from having our own Wi-Fi.

Open plan kitchen offers a dishwasher, a range cooker, an american style fridge freezer, Airfryer and is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday, so no need to pack the kitchen sink! The dining room has a table and 4 chairs with a spare in the walk in wardrobe.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with triple mirrored wardrobes, bedside tables, a large dressing table with storage and the roof windows let the natural light flood in and also provides great ventilation. There is a door to the en-suite bathroom that consists of a toilet, washbasin, plenty of storage, heated towel rail and a large walk in shower.

Second bedroom sleeps 3 as triple sleeper with a full size 4’ 6” double bed and a full size 3’ single bed above. Both beds have a luxury memory foam mattress. The double sliding doors lead through the walk in wardrobe and a private bathroom that benefits from a full size bath, a power shower, a toilet, a heated towel rail, a washbasin and plenty of storage.

All bed linen and towels are supplied, so less for you to worry about packing.

The patio doors open up onto the decking and then lead to a private secluded garden at the back of the lodge stretching the whole length, on the patio area are two high-back chairs with a table, which is perfect for an evening glass of wine…or two or a quiet reading space, this area is gated and the rest of the space is laid with shingle. The wraparound decking attracts the sun all day and benefits from a large rattan sofa and chairs, storage box which doubles up as a side table (cushions inside) and a small glass table suitable for morning tea or coffee.

The accommodation consists of 2 two private parking spaces next to the lodge with a pathway to the extra wide, gated decking.

We have a Strict NO SMOKING OR VAPING policy in our lodge, on our decking and in the garden.

Location

Set in a stunning location on the 5* Shorefield Country Park, Koda’s Lodge is situated on Seabreeze, a secluded area of the park.

Shorefield Country Park is on the southern edge of the New Forest and just a short stroll away from the beautiful Milford-on-Sea beach, which is famous for their colourful beach huts.

Neighbourhood

It is just a 10 minute walk to Milford-on-Sea beach and woodland walks which take you through woods, streams and into open fields surrounding the park.

Lymington, Barton-on-Sea and New Milton are 3 miles away.

Historic Christchurch with a its beautiful harbour, Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks, New Forest National Park, Paulton’s Park and Peppa Pig World are all a short drive away.
