This is our much-loved Carnaby Centre Lounge lodge, purchased brand new in November 2024 and positioned on a premium pitch that we genuinely believe is one of the most private and desirable plots on the park. Measuring 42ft x 14ft, the lodge features a large south-facing deck with open countryside views across a farmer’s field towards the Isle of Wight — the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape.

Outside Space

The outdoor space is a standout feature of this luxury holiday lodge. From the parking area, guests enter through two gates onto a spacious, fully enclosed decking area, providing a safe and private environment for families while also offering an ideal space to relax, dine alfresco or enjoy evening drinks.

The south-facing position means sunshine for most of the day. Outdoor furniture includes a comfortable sofa set, dining table, parasol, recliner lounger and an arbor seating area. A side gate leads to a small landscaped garden with attractive planting, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.

Lounge and Living Area

Inside, the lounge is bright, modern and welcoming, designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a large L-shaped cream sofa, a 42-inch Smart TV and private Wi-Fi. Two sets of double doors open directly onto the decking, allowing you to fully enjoy indoor–outdoor living during your stay.

Kitchen and Dining

The open-plan kitchen and dining space creates a sociable and spacious feel, ideal for couples or families enjoying a self-catering holiday.

House Rules and Park Policy

* All guests must comply with Shorefield Country Park rules.
* This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping lodge. BBQs are not permitted.
* One well-behaved dog is welcome (£10 per night). Two small dogs may be considered on request; puppies are not accepted. Dogs must not be allowed on furniture or beds and must not be left unattended in the lodge, in accordance with park rules.
* Guests are asked to dispose of all rubbish in the on-site bins prior to departure.

Booking Information

* Minimum stay: 3 nights (please enquire)
* Check-in: From 15:00
* Check-out: By 10:00

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking (or full payment if booking within 28 days of arrival).

A £250 refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned following successful inspection of the holiday home. Any damage or loss caused by guests or pets may be deducted from this deposit. Costs exceeding £250 will be payable separately.

Cancellation terms:

* Less than 4 weeks before arrival: up to 10% of the total booking cost may be retained
* Less than 2 weeks before arrival: up to 25% of the total booking cost may be retained

We kindly request the names and addresses of all guests staying, including details of any dogs accompanying the booking.
