Beach Holidays, just minutes from the New Forest.

A family owned holiday home, benefiting from double glazing and central heating throughout, situated in a quiet part of the Hoburne Naish Holiday Park.
Located in a little vale/dip, away from the ever present costal winds, offering a lovely sun trap overlooking the Chewton Bunny Nature Reserve.

This 6 berth accommodation comprises of one double bedroom & one twin bedroom (both with ample storage) as well as an additional pull-out sofa bed located in the lounge area, sleeping an additional 2 people.
The double bedroom is equipped with a Freeview TV & DVD player and in the twin bedroom has a TV/DVD combi only (ie: No TV signal in the 2nd bedroom).

Large lounge area with an L shaped sofa, coffee table, sideboard, Freeview TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 with approx 50+ PS2 games games, a large selection of board games for those rainy days and numerous books for those rare quiet moments!
Please ensure you check & return all PlayStation games, books and board games to their original locations before leaving, kindly noting, this is a private family collection, left for your enjoyment to help enhance your holiday experience – Thank you.

Kitchen area is comprised of a full sized oven, hob & grill, fridge freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, utensils and ample storage cupboards.
The Dining Area is equipped with a table and seating for upto 6 people.

There is a combined Shower & WC room.

A large external decked terrace area housing sofas, chairs, parasols, and a coffee table.

Directly outside the caravan there is easy access parking.

A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your holiday, with the remaining balance payable no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Failure to complete payment in full within the stated timeframe will make your booking Null & Void, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit retained to cover losses - if you are having problems, please don't just leave it, please do make contact to explain, so we can review options together.

Park Rules/Guest Registration & Temporary Membership:
On acceptance of your booking & following receipt of your deposit monies, holiday makers will be issued a copy of The Park Rules, which they agree to read & abide by at all times. It is also a requirement of the Holiday Park ALL Guests are both registered & obtain Temporary Membership Passes, at time of writing the additional costs for passes are detailed below:
Up to 7 Nights - £55.00 up to 6 guests
1Night - £28.00 - up to 6 guests
When providing your booking details, please ensure you provide full details of ALL guests, to include Age and Home Address (also including all children and infants) - these details will be passed to the Holiday Park to obtain Passes for all guests.

Check in/Holiday Home Access Time on Day of Arrival: 14:00pm
Check out Time On Day of Departure: 10:00am - Latest -

This Caravan is a family holiday home, as such, it is/may be stocked with items that require supervision around small children/those with disabilities &/Or Pets (pets strictly forbidden) ie: Cleaning Products under the sink, etc.
By agreeing to rent our Holiday Home you agree you are aware of these matters and you will mitigate any concerns accordingly to suit your personal/family needs, during your holiday in our home (ie: move items out of reach).
By accepting this offer to rent, you further agree to fully absolve us as Owners of any liability.
As Owners we are not liable to you or your holiday party for loss or damage to any property/items owned by you, however arising.
All inventory must remain in the property and not be taken to another property.
The lead booker, is responsible for the supervision of all members of your party under the age of 18 at all times.
Guests are responsible for any and all damages during their stay, noting any damage should be reported immediately to the owners, via the mobile number given to you on your booking acceptance correspondence.
Additional Cleaning Charges will apply, if the home is not left in the same condition as found on arrival.
No Smoking or Vaping inside our home, please use the external terrace area.
Lastly, we trust & hope our Guests will respect our holiday home, and will leave it as they find it, with the exception of leaving with a host of new & wonderful memories of a happy holiday.

Enjoy the soft white sands of the local beaches, and glorious sea views across to the Isle of Wight, or jump in the car and explore the ancient and vast woodland of the New Forest, with plenty of hiking opportunities, which all seem to lead to a watering hole or two along the way.

The beach is only a short 5 min walk through the holiday park and down through the woods (just follow the signs to the beach).

The heart of the New Forest is only a very short 5-10 min drive as you leave the holiday park, loads of things/activities to see and do around the New Forest or just park up (loads of lay-bys &/or dedicated car parks) and walk in to the woods, which is lovely during Spring, Autumn or Winter months.

Old Christchurch & Christchurch Quay is great for a visit, plenty of shops, cafes, bars, pubs and there’s even a theatre in Old Christchurch, then take a walk along the river and stop off at the Christchurch Priory an 11h Century Church!! With its own museum, then continue on down to Christchurch Quay, a great place to take a picnic, with a well maintained open air children's paddling/fun pool set in an open park, running alongside the River Stour, great for watching the rich & famous sail past in their luxury yachts...

Mudeford Quay is a must for a visit, great fun for all the family, go crabbing along the quayside (you should find crabbing lines and buckets located inside the foot stool on the caravan decking - please help yourself and kindly bring back/replace for the next guests to enjoy - then take a stroll along the beachside promenade to grab Fish & Chips at the Noisy Lobster Restaurant situated on Avon beach or catch the Ferry over to The Spit - see below.
NOTE: the drop from the quay is quite high and tide is very strong in this area - small children should be supervised at all times.

Mudeford Sandbank (The Spit)/ Hengistbury Head - from Mudeford Quay take the Ferry over to Mudeford Spit, a unique and beautiful sand spit which adjoins the ancient headland of Hengistbury Head and forms a natural barrier between Christchurch Harbour and the open sea.

Prepare a picnic in advance and spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beaches with completely uninterrupted and panoramic views of the sparkling sea or just grab a bite to eat with drinks and ice cream from the local outlets on The Spit.
The Sandbank also forms part of Hengistbury Head, a designated site of Nature Conservation, with a dedicated visitor centre advising on the history and local wildlife, with plenty of advice on Free Nature Trails, activities in and around the centre & Nature Reserve.

Ferry Prices: March 2024: Adults £2.50 - Under 12 years £1.00 - Under 3 years Free.
Also accessible via car or walking via Hengistbury Head car park.

Historic Portsmouth - is a great day out - Fancy shopping centre for Mum and the Portsmouth Historic boatyard for Dad and the Kids...HMS Victory, The Mary Rose, etc - unfortunately, this is rather expensive now, although if you look around specials can be found, it really is a great activity learning about our Naval History, with plenty of hands-on experiences for the children, actively encouraged, which makes it much more fun than a dusty museum.

Or keep things cheap and simple and just take a blanket and camping chairs up to the front of the cliff top, sit back and admire the view over the Solent & across to the Isle of Wight Needles or for the slightly more energetic, take a lovely walk along the cliff top towards Barton on Sea, a couple of lovely watering holes along the way.

The beach is only a short 5 min walk through the holiday park and down through the woods (just follow the signs to the beach) or see an alternative way to the beach below.

Our Holiday Home is perfectly situated to start your mornings with a gentle stroll down to our beautiful white sandy beaches, listening to the sounds & sights of the ancient woodlands of Chewton Bunny Nature Reserve, just a short easy walk from your peaceful location.

Located directly on the border between Dorset & Hampshire, offering the perfect base to explore not just one, but both of these stunningly beautiful and historic counties of England, from the tranquillity of the New Forest to the peninsula of Sandbanks, the home of the Rich & Famous (or at least their Holiday Pad's).
