Lodge Description
Welcome to our beautiful, 2023 premium 2 bedroom Cranleigh Lodge holiday home on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, set in a great location close to all the park’s facilities.
We bought this spacious lodge on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, to spend quality time with our family and friends, but would also like to share it with other people who we think will appreciate it too.
The lodge is in a great location close to all amenities at the 5* Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, and is only a short walk from the local beaches, cafés and restaurants. The lodge also has two private car parking spaces directly alongside.
With an interior space of 43’x14’, high ceilings, plus an outside decking area with partial sea views, this is a lovely place to enjoy the best that the Hampshire coastline and New Forest have to offer.
The large, super king master bedroom has mirrored wardrobes, a dressing table, a window seat, smart TV and an en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has two x 3 ft single beds, a wardrobe, shelving and smart TV, with the main family shower room directly opposite.
The modern kitchen / diner is fully equipped and benefits from a full sized fridge freezer, 5 ring gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus an air fryer and coffee machine. Velux windows in the ceiling ensure there is plenty of natural light.
The sitting room has comfortable seating for four people, and includes a 50” HD smart TV with all the usual apps, a DVD player and a large footstool. The double patio doors open onto the sunny decking area, which is equipped with a corner rattan sofa and table set, cantilever parasol and rattan cushion storage bench.
NB: price includes all linen and towels, with beds made up on arrival. Park passes are £55 per week / part of week and can be added if required - please contact us in advance to arrange these. If you have any questions re booking dates etc. please contact us and we will try to be flexible and help if we can!
A refundable security deposit of £150 will be added to each booking when final balance is paid.
Sorry but to accommodate guests with allergies, NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING in the lodge or on the decking area.
Located on the new cliff top development of Sunset Cliffs, the lodge is very conveniently situated close to all the facilities. The local beach is only a 5 minutes walk away, with local bars and restaurants slightly further in each direction along the cliff top.
Mudeford’s beautiful sandy beach is a gentle 40 minute stroll away along the sea front, and is great for the children, with ice creams, a coffee shop, a bar and restaurant. Christchurch and Bournemouth are within a short drive away, and with the New Forest close by too, there’s plenty to see and explore, making this the ideal place for you to make special memories with your family and friends.
