Lodge Description

This lovely lodge is situated on the 5* award winning Hoburne Naish Holiday Park in Hampshire. It is in a lovely quiet area of the Park, and has its own dedicated parking space next to it.

Although quiet, the location is still very convenient for all amenities which are only a 2 minute walk away.

This beautiful 6 berth luxury lodge benefits from 3 bedrooms, (1 king sized with en-suite shower room, and 2 further large twin rooms, plus large bathroom with bath!).

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas hob with gas oven, a fridge/freezer, separate microwave & dishwasher. It has an electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a good range of quality cutlery, crockery and glassware provided for all your party. There is picnic ware and plastic childrens plates, bowl and cutlery. There is also a small washing machine in the utility room.

The Lodge has Wi-Fi, 2 TVs and a selection of games for those rainy days or cosy evenings.

All rooms are centrally heated and there is an electric fire in the lounge area for your comfort.

The Lodge has secure wraparound decking. Outdoor seating, for all your party, is supplied during the spring and summer.

It’s all ready for you to relax and holiday in creating lasting memories.

We may accept short breaks - outside the school holidays - minimum 3 nights. Please ask if this may be of interest to you

Please note:

**We are strictly no smoking, vaping or any other sort of e-cigarette - either inside the lodge, on the decking area, or in the vicinity of any windows. Any evidence that this has not been adhered to will forfeit your damage deposit.

**Bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels & oven gloves are supplied. Please remember to bring beach/pool towels with you.

** Beds will be made up ready for your arrival. (Regularly laundered mattress protectors, pillows and duvets are supplied for each bed)

** The charging of electric vehicles is strictly forbidden. The electricity meter is read after every booking has left. Any excess reading will forfeit the damage deposit. There are a number of dedicated electric vehicle charging points near the Sales office, please use these.

** Cleaning & Laundry fee is £100 (subject to review in the New Year)

**The park passes are currently an additional £66 (subject to change) for up to 6 people for a week and enable you to use the pools, The Venue etc. They must be purchased for every booking reservation, & will be ready at the Reception desk in the main building on your arrival.

**A damage deposit of £100, (refundable on confirmation from our cleaner that the Lodge has been left in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages), is required when the final balance is paid.

**No Pets - However, please be aware we sometimes bring our own when visiting
