Caravan Description

Located on the Chewton Sound area, near the cliff top Barton Gate, is our light, airy and comfortable, 2 bedroom, 6 berth holiday home from home, named 'ShirRay'

ShirRay comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full fan assisted oven with a halogen hob, a microwave, under worktop fridge with small freezer compartment, and all that's needed for a home from home, self-catering holiday experience on Hoburne Naish.

We have a safe, south facing gated decking area, so your little ones can play safely and fur babies can't roam!

We have two bedrooms, which are both of a good size and offer plenty of wardrobe/cupboard storage space, including lots of hangers! Our double bedroom has a comfy 5ft king size bed with a Jack and Jill door to the family shower/toilet area. There are twin beds in our spacious second bedroom, and a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge area.

Also in the lounge is a Smart TV/DVD with Freeview/Netflix, along with a selection of DVDs, plenty of toys, games, books etc, to keep everyone entertained.

FREE Wi-Fi is available.

OUTSIDE

We have a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture (with a large parasol shade) for outside leisure! There's also a storage shed that contains extra chairs, beach equipment (buckets, spades, crab nets etc.) a beach parasol and cushions to fit the outside furniture.

DOGS

Should you wish to bring your dog on your holidays, we are happy to host well-behaved dogs. Unfortunately,
we can only accept 2 dogs max per booking. We also ask that you bring along all your pet needs, i.e. beds, blankets, towels bowls, and poo bags.

WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS ON ANY OF THE FURNITURE, INCLUDING LOUNGE SOFA OR BEDS, due to allergies and for guests that stay without pets.

Your dogs must be kept on a lead within the park at all times. Please don’t let your dogs roam freely around the caravan unattended.

There are designated areas within the park for dogs, including inside the entertainment area and the newly refurbished
Coast House Bar & Restaurant). Naish are happy to welcome your well behaved dogs.

Stunning Highcliffe Beach is all year round dog friendly, so there's lots of space to run about and exercise your pooch!

Bookings & Conditions

The charging of electric vehicles is from our holiday home is NOT ALLOWED. There are designated areas on the park where this facility is available.

A £100 non-returnable deposit will secure your holiday. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. WE DO NOT HAVE A HOLDING FEE!

We trust our guests will respect our holiday home and leave it as they find it. There are extra charges in place if the caravan is found to be in a unkempt condition after your stay. Guests will be required to pay for extra cleaning charge if left in a unkempt state. Please leave it clean and tidy.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED

We appreciate that accidents do happen, so please report any damages that have taken place during your stay with us. You will be required to replace or pay for any damages that have occurred during your stay.

There will also be a charge if you delay the required check out time (10am). Late check out impacts valid time for our cleaning team and delays the arrival of our new guests, so it’s paramount to abide by the check-out times stated - unless of course, prior arrangements have been made and confirmed.

Only guests named on the booking are permitted to stay in our holiday home.

The lead name on the booking must be over 21 years.

Unfortunately, due to Hoburne Naish Park Rules, we cannot accept group bookings for hen/stag breaks.

Our availability is listed on a 7 night basis, but we are flexible, so mid-week and long weekends can also be accommodated where possible.

Hoburne Naish is open all year round, so if there are particular dates you would like but can’t see them on our availability price list, please ask. We do try to accommodate required dates, if we have the availability.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR WEEKEND AND MID-WEEK MINI BREAKS, for which a 3 night minimum booking is required.

LOCATION

Our holiday home on Hoburne Naish, is a 6 berth static caravan, situated within a few minutes' walk of all the 5* Rose Award amenities on the Park, which includes a well-stocked shop.

Hoburne Naish Holiday Park also offers first class leisure facilities, including a newly refurbished restaurant/bar area with children’s soft play area to enjoy! The new menu is varied and reasonably priced to suit all dietary needs. The Venue is the large entertainment area where all the singing and dancing takes place, along with bingo and the scheduled entertainment. Please ask at reception for your entertainment schedule.

During the school holiday season there are daily activities organised by the entertainment team to keep the younger ones entertained. Please ask at reception for the weekly entertainment programme.

Evening entertainment is also plentiful for the smaller ones, including park bingo, quizzers and special evening events.

Unfortunately, there are some times where areas within the park need to be maintained as a matter of urgency and safety for guests, which is beyond our control. We will try our very best to update you with any news or inconveniences that may affect your stay.

There is private code gated access to Highcliffe’s dog friendly and child safe, sandy beach, which is within a 10 minute stroll through the park. There is also a lovely walk through the Chewton Bunny Nature Reserve footpath, just out of the main entrance to the left. This pathway will take you down to the local Highcliffe Beach.

Please keep your dog on a lead within the park at all times – and more importantly, PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG
Both on and off the park.

There are stunning cliff top views on the park for walking your four-legged companions. With coded gates to both the the beach and on clifftop, taking you to Milford and Barton on Sea. Information of codes etc are provided.

OFF THE PARK

We are only a few minutes’ drive from New Milton, Highcliffe, Mudeford and Christchurch. The New Forest, Bournemouth and the beautiful Sandbanks are also just a short drive away.

There is a train station in New Milton for any non-drivers, and public transport is plentiful, with bus stops and local taxis just outside the Park.

Highcliffe Castle is within a 25 minute walk along the coastal path. Or if you’re feeling really fit, you can walk on round to Mudeford and Avon Beach where you can rest with a lunch in the beachside Lobster Café.
The south’s number 1 famously popular Pebble Beach Restaurant is also a must, which is only a few minutes’ drive or 20 minute walk along the clifftop towards Barton On Sea.

There are many events held throughout the year in the local area. More information can be found on arrival and at reception.
