Caravan Description

Our light and airy 2 bed 6 berth, well kept, cosy holiday home from home! ‘ShirRay’ comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a full fan assisted oven, halogen hob, microwave, under worktop fridge with small freezer compartment, plus all that you will need for a real home from home self-catering holiday on Hoburne Naish.


We have a south facing, safe gated decking area, so your little ones can play safely and fur babies can't roam!

We are not wheelchair friendly:
We have a slight slope leading down to our Holiday Home which unfortunately is not accessible if you’re a wheelchair or mobility scooter user.

We have two bedrooms, which are both of a good size and offer plenty of wardrobe/cupboard storage space, including lots of hangers! Our double bedroom has a comfy 5ft king size bed with a Jack and Jill door to the family shower/toilet area.
Twin beds in our spacious second bedroom, and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge area.
There is a Smart TV/DVD with Freeview / Netflix, and a selection of DVDs.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Lots of toys,games,books etc, to keep everyone entertained:

OUTSIDE: We have a charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs, and a large parasol shade for outside dining.
A storage shed that contains extra chairs, beach equipment, Inc buckets spades,etc
A beach parasol, and cushions to fit the outside furniture.

DOGS:
Should you wish to bring your dog with you on your holidays…We are happy to host well-behaved dogs. Unfortunately
we can only accept 2 Dogs max per booking. We also ask that you bring along all your pet needs, i.e. beds, blankets, towels and poo bags.

WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS ON ANY OF THE FURNITURE INCLUDING LOUNGE SOFA OR BEDS..

Your dogs must be kept on a lead within the park at all times. Please don’t let your dogs roam freely around the Caravan unattended.
There are designated areas within the park for dogs.including inside the entertainment area and our new refurbished
Coast House bar & restaurant) Naish are happy to welcome your well behaved dog/s.
Our stunning Highcliffe Beach is all year round dog friendly. So lots of space to run about and exercise your pooch!

A £100 non returnable deposit secures your holiday, with the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

We do not have a holding/damage fee!

We trust our Guests will respect our holiday home, and leave it as they find it. There are Extra charges in place if the van is found to be in a unkept state after your stay..
Guest will be required to pay for extra cleaning charges… If required to do so.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING:
We appreciate accidents do happen. So please report any damages that have taken place during your stay with us. You will be required to replace or pay for any damages that have occurred during your stay.

There will also be a charge if you delay the required check out time (10AM) as it impacts valid time for our cleaning team. And delays new Guests that are due for arrival. So it’s paramount to abide by check out times stated…,

LOCATION:
Our Holiday Home (a static caravan) on Hoburne Naish, is situated on Glen Drive: In a quieter part of Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, overlooking Chewton Bunny Nature Reserve.
Parking bay spaces are available, and are situated just a few steps away from our holiday home. There are no designated parking places but spaces are very close to our Holiday Home.
It’s a lovely peaceful plot to observe away from the hustle bustle of the main park. Lots of wildlife, with many varieties of birds, bunnies and the occasional roaming hedgehog.

AVAILABILITY:
Our availability is listed on a 7 night basis, but we are flexible so mid week and long weekends are also available...

Hoburne Naish is open all year round, so if there are particular dates you would like but can’t see them on the availability price list please ask. We do try to accommodate your required dates, if we have the availability:

A 3 night minimum booking is required. When booking weekends or midweek breaks.
Unfortunately due to Hoburne Naish Park Rules, we cannot except group bookings for hen/stag breaks.The Lead name on booking must be over 21 years.

We are situated within a two minute walk of all the 5* Rose Award amenities on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, which includes a well-stocked shop.

First class leisure facilities: A newly refurbished restaurant/bar area, children’s Soft-play area to enjoy! The new menu is reasonably priced and varied to suit all dietary needs. The Venue is the large entertainment area where all the singing and dancing takes place, bingo, and Entertainers!

During the school holiday seasons there are daily events from the park entertainment team to keep the younger ones entertained. Please ask at reception for the weekly entertainment program.

Evening entertainment is also plentiful for the smaller ones.. park bingo, quizzers, and special evening events.
Unfortunately there are some times where areas within the park need to be maintained as a matter of urgency and safety for Guests.That is out of our control..
We will try our best to update you with any inconveniences that may affect you during your stay.

There is private gated access to Highcliffe’s dog friendly, child safe sandy beach, which is within a 10 minute stroll through the park. There is also a lovely walk through the woods.

The gorgeous shaded Chewton Bunny nature reserve pathway will take you down to the local Highcliffe Beach.

Please keep your dog on a lead within the park at all times – and more importantly
PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG
Both on and off the park.

There are stunning cliff top views on the park for walking your four-legged companions. With coded gates to both the the beach and on clifftop, taking you to Milford and Barton on Sea.
Information of codes etc are provided.

Off the park: We are only a few minutes’ drive from New Milton, Highcliffe, Mudeford and Christchurch. The New Forest, Bournemouth and the beautiful Sandbanks are also just a short drive away.

There is a train station in New Milton for any non-drivers and public transport is plentiful, with bus stops and local taxis just outside the Park.

Highcliffe Castle is within a 25 minute walk along the coastal path. Or if you’re feeling really fit, you can walk on round to Mudeford and Avon Beach where you can rest with a lunch in the beachside Lobster Café. The south’s number 1 famously popular Pebble Beach Restaurant is also a must, which is only a few minutes’ drive or 20min walk along the clifftop towards Barton On Sea.
