Lodge Description
Our beautiful Carnaby Helmsley Lodge is situated on the prestigious Hoburne Naish Estate, sitting in a quiet area of the Estate,with trees behind, near to the Barton Gate in a prime extra large corner plot, with extra large decking to the side and front of the lodge housing sofas and table to the front, and table and chairs to the side for outside dining. The lodge benefits from the sun all day and the sunsets are amazing. There is a large green directly opposite and parking in front of the lodge. The cliff edge, with stunning views over to the Isle of Wight and Hengistbury Head, is just a short walk away.
The Lodge sleeps 4 and is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a 5ft bed and en suite toilet, and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a full size shower, wash basin and toilet.
The lodge is very well equipped with all mod cons. The kitchen has a microwave/convection oven and an electric cooker, along with plenty of good quality cooking equipment and crockery to fully enjoy home dining should you wish to eat in.
The lounge area has plenty of seating, a fireplace with built-in electric fire and a flat screen TV.

Hoburne Naish enjoys an idyllic situation on the cliff tops between Barton-on-Sea and Highcliffe, with stunning views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
Access to the beach is from the path to Chewton Bunny where there are miles of beaches to enjoy and wonderful walks to Highcliffe Castle, Mudeford Keys and Barton-on-Sea.
The New Forest, Bournemouth, Isle of Wight (by ferry), Christchurch, Poole, Mudeford, Hengistbury Head, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Paultons Park and many other attractions are within easy reach. There’s so much in this beautiful area to explore and enjoy, whatever your age group or interests?
