Lodge Description
Phoebe's Lodge is our beautiful holiday lodge for hire on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park in New Milton, Hampshire, situated in the Barton Meadows are of the park.
Barton Meadows is one of the more quiet areas of the award winning of Hoburne Naish Holiday Park.
Included in the hire of our Lodge at Hoburne Naish is FREE Wi-Fi, holiday passes for up to 6 guests and FREE linen.
The Lodge has three bedrooms, consisting of one master double and two twin. The master bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds, a wardrobe and a Smart TV.
The family bathroom consisting of a bath with shower over, a toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Our lodge at Hoburne Naish, has a large wraparound veranda with dining table and chairs, together with large BBQ. There is seating and a patio umbrella too.
PLEASE NOTE: A 50% deposit (total cost of holiday) will be required to secure booking. 4 weeks prior to your holiday payment to be made in full, together with £100 refundable deposit in case of breakages etc. This deposit will be refunded on the check out date after the lodge has been inspected. If you cancel after the 4 weeks your deposit will be automatically retained by us.

About the Area
Phoebe's Lodge is situated in Barton Meadow, which is in one of the quieter areas of Hoburne Naish Holiday Park. It is ideally situated to access all facilities, reception and down to the dog friendly beaches.There are a choice of restaurants within walking distance. Hoburne Naish has lots of things to do, from indoor and outdoor pools, a steam room, sauna and gym. There'd also a kids' play area, a multi-function sports pitch, crazy golf, lovely play area and a soft play area for smaller children, along with an amusement arcade and pool tables.
Opposite Reception is a bar, which is open all day serving food, drinks and snacks. The restaurant which is on site is open for bookings in the evening. There is also a small on site shop and an electric charging point.
There are plenty of local walks and easy access to Lymington, New Forest, Bournemouth and Christchurch. You can also travel on ferry over to the Isle of Wight.
