Our Pemberton caravan offers a peaceful and cosy “home away from home” and is available for holiday let for up to six people.

Whether you're looking for a short break or a longer getaway, this is the ideal spot to unwind, soak in the sea air, and enjoy breath-taking coastal walks.


What’s Inside?

Step into a beautifully presented space designed for your comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need – from cookware and utensils to handy extras like a cheese grater, bottle opener and more. There’s even a full-size fridge-freezer, single dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker/gas hob, with extractor fan and microwave so you can enjoy all the ease of self-catering.

Relax in the spacious lounge with a corner sofa (which incorporates a pull-out double bed), single armchair, coffee table, Smart TV, DVD player and an electric fire for cosy evenings in. French doors open onto a large, furnished sundeck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink, with outside lighting, whilst taking in the fresh sea air.


Sleep Easy

The en-suite master bedroom features a double-size bed with plenty of storage, Smart TV, toilet, wash basin and wall mounted cabinet with storage and mirror.

The second bedroom offers two full-size single beds with a single wardrobe and storage space.
There is a separate shower room with walk in shower, toilet, wash basin and wall mounted cabinet with storage and mirror.

• We provide a complimentary self-catering starter pack. The pack includes a bottle of washing up liquid, a dish cloth, two bin bag liners, tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, and a toilet roll in each toilet.


Storage Box

There is a storage box with a padlock outside the caravan which contains extra seating (2 nylon chairs) and buckets and spades. Please help yourselves. The storage box could also be used to store any personal items during your stay, but please note that we do not accept any liability for loss or damage of your items.


Car Parking

Car parking areas are provided, close by to the caravan.


Dogs

We are happy for a maximum of two well-behaved dogs to stay at a cost of £25 per dog for up to 1 week. Please make sure you have added your dog(s) to your booking request. We also ask that you bring along all your pet needs, i.e. beds, blankets, towels, bowls, and poo bags. Please note that the park’s policy is that dogs must always be kept on a lead, whilst exercising within the grounds. There are designated areas within the park for dogs, please refer to our welcome pack for further details. Please do not leave your dog(s) alone in the caravan at any time.


Payment

An initial deposit of £100 for each week booked is required to reserve your booking. All balances must be settled in full no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation by us of the booking.

Also, a £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking, this is required to cover any damage/loss or excessive cleaning that maybe required. The £100 security deposit will be refunded within 5 working days of your departure date once the caravan has been checked.

Upon receipt of your booking form and holiday deposit we will send you a holiday confirmation email.

Payments to be made by bank transfer please and account details will be provided by email when your booking confirmation is accepted.


Leisure Complex

Please note that the club, pools, bars and all the facilities at the Leisure complex are in addition to the price of your caravan rental cost. Hoburne Naish have a set price for temporary club passes which is £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights. During the school holiday season there are daily activities organised by the entertainment team to keep the younger members of your family entertained. Please ask at the main reception desk for the weekly entertainment programme. If you would like temporary membership passes for the club, pools, bars and all the facilities at the leisure complex, then let us know at the time of booking and we will add them to your final balance. We will have the temporary membership passes ready for you to use upon arrival.


Arrival/Departure

Check in from 2pm and check out no later than 10am. There will be a late charge of £40.00 if you delay the required departure time (10am). Late check out impacts valid time for our cleaning team and delays the arrival of our new guests, we ask that you be respectful of the departure time stated above.


Park Rules and Conditions

Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING in the caravan OR on the decking area.

Between 11pm and 9am we ask that you and your guests do not make any noise that is likely to cause a disturbance to the other guests.

No charging of electrical vehicles (EV) at the caravan at any time please. Charging points can be found by the main reception.

The main party leader must be over the age of 21 and must be a member of the holiday group.

Please leave our lovely caravan tidy and clean as you found it so others can use our holiday home in great condition.

Guests should not exceed the number of berths available in our caravan.

No Hen or Stag parties.

Please note that the cost of your holiday does not include your own personal holiday insurance. You will be responsible for obtaining your own insurance in case of cancellation. Neither does our general insurance cover your personal belongings and valuables and these are your responsibility for the duration of your stay.

You will find a welcome pack with lots of information about the caravan, holiday park and the local area that has been specially put together to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is an on-site convenience store available for essential supplies.

Unfortunately, there are sometimes where areas within the park need to be maintained as a matter of urgency and safety for guests, which is beyond our control. We will try our very best to update you with any news or inconveniences that may affect your stay.

Our availability is listed on a 7-night basis; however, parts of the week may be considered. Please get in touch with us.
Please remember to bring beach/pool towels with you.
