Caravan Description

Central heated and double glazed holiday caravan to let on Hayling Island Caravan Park, which is on a lovely little island off England’s south coast between Portsmouth & Chichester.

The caravan is a 2016 model, 35’ x 12’ Carnaby Accord, which is spacious and contemporary and boasting central heating and double glazing.

Sleeping 6, the caravan has one king size divan bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen, ready for your arrival. There is a hairdryer for you to use too.

There is a double shower enclosure in the bathroom, plus an ensuite to the main bedroom.

All modular seating has been taken out in the living area and replaced with a comfy corner sofa, armchair and footstool, along with a flat panel electric fire. There is also a 50” flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player to enjoy.

In the kitchen there is a gas cooker with oven/grill, an 80/20 fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and slow cooker. It is a fully equipped kitchen, with lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils provided. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

Outside is a patio area with table and chairs.

There’s no need to worry about packing everything as our rental price includes:

. Bed linen
. Tea towels
. 2 toilet rolls
. Liquid soap
. Washing up liquid and sponges
. Condiments and oil

Gas and electricity is also included in our rental price.

Please note that you will need to bring our own towels.

Entertainment passes are £10 per person for up to 7 days (children under 5 are free). These are not included in our renal price.

Bookings accepted for mid-week or full weeks only.

** November and December bookings are available, but there are no clubhouse facilities **

Want to book? £100 secures your booking (this includes a £50 security deposit) with the balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

Hayling Island Caravan Park is run by Royale Resorts and is located on Hayling Island, which is a lovely little island off England’s south coast, between Portsmouth and Chichester in Hampshire.

We are situated one mile from the seafront, where there is a funfair and amusement arcades. There are lots of nice places to visit and eat nearby too.

Portsmouth is a 15 minute drive away if you want to visit the Historical Dockyard and/or Gunwharf Quays for your shopping fix.
