Caravan Description

'Woody', is our beautiful, privately owned 2 bedroom holiday home on the 5* Hoburne Bashley site in the enchanting New Forest.

Hoburne Bashley has fantastic on site facilities, entertainment & is close to many beaches as well as the vast New Forest.

If you're looking for a fun packed family holiday, a romantic break for 2 or just to get away for no reason at all, we are sure you'll love our holiday home.

'Woody' is a modern, bright, and well looked after holiday home with a relaxing and peaceful feel.

Sleeping 4 and an extra 2 on the lounge sofa bed, you will find good quality fixtures & fittings, and all the items you would need for your stay in our beautiful caravan. With full central heating & double glazing, this makes it suitable for a year round holiday/break.

The front door opens in to the bright, open, and airy living space.


Kitchen -
The fully fitted modern kitchen is fitted with a full size electric oven, grill & hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery, glasses, pots, pans & utensils, all for you to use. The kitchen incorporates the dining table and 4 chairs.


Lounge -
You will find a large corner sofa with scatter cushions, providing ample seating for guests, in the middle section is the pull out sofa bed. The feature stone/pebble electric fire gives a beautiful cosy feel for those evenings in, catching up on your favourite programmes on the flat screen TV, there is also a Blu-ray player (please bring your own films). The TV has the facility for you to use your own Fire Stick or other streaming devices, just remember to take it with you when you leave.


Bedrooms -
The bright but cosy master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps and USB ports for your mobile phone etc., a large mirror, and a full length mirror, fitted wardrobe with drawer facilities (hangers are supplied), and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has its own En-suite WC, wash basin and a small cupboard for your personal items.

The second bedroom has two single beds with a bedside table with USB ports, a wardrobe with drawer facilities and flat screen TV.

Bed linen is provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. Bath and hand towels are NOT provided so please remember to bring them.

We do NOT provide a daily service for making beds or cleaning. We do appreciate your help & co-operation when you leave by stripping the beds (if you can), in order to provide a quicker changeover for our guests following on from you. A laundry bag is provided.


Bathroom -
The main family shower room is fitted with a thermostatically controlled shower, WC, wash basin and a small cupboard for your personal items. A bathmat is provided.


Outside -
The outside space, a large wraparound deck is accessed via a set of patio doors at the far end of the living space. There is plenty of space for relaxing or dining with a rattan table & chairs, it has the added security of a gate & balustrade for the safety of small children. The perfect place for a spot of sunbathing or that glass of wine! At the other end of the decking there is ramped access next to the exclusive to Woody' parking spot.





Hoburne Bashley Holiday Park

**Leisure Passes are required for all guests there is an additional cost for this.**
For those who just want to relax and be pampered, make use of Hoburne's Beauty h spa - booking is required, charges apply.

If you don't fancy cooking during your holiday there is a choice of Cafe H or Brasserie 1912 - there's something to suit everyone's taste including snacks, drinks, children's favourites & full meals. There is also plenty of comfy sofa & lounge seating in the clubhouse area or outside on the terrace. For those who love sport, visit the sports bar with its large screen projector showing big matches & sporting events.

Hoburne Bashley's main park facilities are within a 2 minute, flat, walking distance of 'Woody'.

Hoburne Bashley is on the edge of the New Forest, full of walking and cycling trails. It’s the perfect place for family holidays, with lots of activities for the kids, as well as the facility to explore the New Forest by bike, if you haven't got your own bike or just do not want to bring your own, you can hire bikes locally in Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.

We are located just a 2 minute walk from the Hoburne Bashley on site facilities, which include:

Just down the road from the site, there are 2 fantastic farm shops and a motorcycle museum.

Other places of interest close by include:

. Beaches of Barton on Sea & Milford on Sea - 10 minutes away (4 miles)
. The tranquil village and motor museum at Beaulieu - 25 minutes away (12 miles)
. Lymington with all its boats and sea water baths, and regular ferries to the Isle of Wight - 16 minutes away (7 miles)
. The New Forest wildlife park - 26 minutes away.
. The quaint village of Burley, home of the witches, some very unique shops and if you are very lucky the horse and cart will be there to give you a guided tour. This tour is fabulous and can be enjoyed time and time again. There is a pub for your light lunch
and Burley has its very own ice cream factory - 19 minutes away (8 miles)

The area offers idyllic walks through the beautiful historic New Forest where you can see deer, cattle, donkeys, and ponies roaming freely. Pannage season also brings out the pigs roaming freely to eat the acorns and are a delight to see. But keep your distance because as with all the livestock they can be temperamental and downright grumpy sometimes. Locally there are many attractions, places you can fish, horse ride and hire a bicycle.

The park is 1 mile from New Milton, and 10 minutes’ drive to the local beaches at Barton on Sea and Highcliffe. Also nearby are Christchurch, Mudeford and Milford on Sea beaches, which offers spectacular views of the Solent, Isle of Wight and The Needles.

Lymington is about 6 miles away where to can go on deep sea fishing trips, or take a ferry to the Isle of Wight for a day trip.
