• Early check-in and late check-out: Available at an extra cost.

• Heating: Electric panel heater in the lounge and all the bedrooms.
• Passes for park facilities and entertainment are not included: These can be arranged at an extra cost.
• Handy Extras: Includes a vacuum cleaner and clothes airer.
• Group Bookings: Lead Guest must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking, and one guest must at least be 21 year+ throughout the stay.
• Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including infants
• No contractors or commercial vehicles.

Deposit: A £25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and this is credited toward your final total payment.

Balance: This must be fully paid at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, both the booking any payment previously made will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
• Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a booking.
• Cancellations Within 6 weeks of Arrival: Both the deposit and the balance are non-refundable and non-transferable to a new booking.
• Cancellations more than 6 weeks before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable, but the balance can be transferred to a new booking for a new stay within 12 months of the cancellation date subject to availability and a £25 administration fee.
