Usually, £37.50 per night; £225 per week; £900 for 27 nights.

Check-in and Check-out
• Self check-in/self check-out by collection/returning key from key safe near front door with code provided
• Failure to return key to key safe will result in forfeiture of key return deposit

• Standard check-in is strictly between 4pm to 7pm
• Early check-in from 12pm at £25 extra (subject to availability)

• Standard check-out in is strictly 10am
• Late check-out up to 12pm at £25 extra (subject to availability)

Other Essential Guest Information
• Linen & Towels are not included: Please bring your own.
• Lots of Parking in marked bays only
• Park facilities including swimming pool and entertainment are not included, and must be purchased separately
• Lead Guest must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking, and one guest must at least be 21 year+ throughout the stay.
• Maximum 10 occupants including infants
• No commercial vehicles.

Deposit:
• £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and is credited toward final total payment.
• £100 refundable key return deposit upon satisfaction that key was return to key safe upon departure

Balance:
• For bookings more than 4 weeks prior arrival date, this must be fully paid at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
• For bookings less than 4 weeks prior arrival date, this must be fully paid at the time of booking.
• If the balance is not paid as above, both the booking any deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
• Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a booking.
• For cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival, both the deposit and the balance will be forfeited.
• For cancellations more than 4 weeks of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited, but the balance is transferrable to a new booking for a new stay within 12 months of the cancellation date subject to availability and payment of a new non-refundable deposit.
• No cancellation upon arrival for cleaning reasons and/or for any fault that can be fixed within reasonable time. Instead, a compensation of up to £10.00 in total is awardable for all such issues PROVIDED the issues are promptly reported to the owner upon arrival and photographic evidence is sent to the owner upon arrival.
