Caravan Description
We have 2 bedroom 32’x12’ holiday caravan for hire on Highfield Holiday Park in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, offering comfortable accommodation for 4-6 guests.
The caravan has a spacious lounge with electric fire, 40” TV and doors opening out onto the front veranda, which comes complete with table and chairs.LAYZ-SPA including
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and gas hob with extractor fan.
The master bedroom benefits from having a separate toilet.
Tea, coffee, sugar, liquid soap and toilet paper are ready for you arrival.
Bed linen is included.
PASSES for the on-site entertainment is NOT INCLUDED in our hire price.
Booking Terms & Conditions
You may access our holiday home from 3 pm on your day of arrival. Departure time is strictly by 10 pm - if our holiday home has not been vacated by this time, part of your deposit may be withheld. This is at the owners’ discretion.
There is the key safety box next to door - you will receive a code by text message one day before your arrival date. Please keep the key safe at all times during your holiday. Replacement keys will be charged for. On your departure, please return the key to the key safety box.
Please leave our holiday home in a clean and tidy condition to avoid any cleaning charges being taken from your deposit. If you leave our holiday home in a dirty, messy or untidy condition, a minimum of £50 will be deducted for cleaning.
Please make sure the remote control for the TV and DVD player are left by the TV – Thank you.
Payment
A minimum booking fee of £100 is payable to secure your dates. The remainder of the booking cost must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your holiday start date.
For a short break, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A £150 security deposit is also required with your final payment to cover any damage, loss and/or breakages. This will be refunded to you as soon as our holiday home has been checked over and everything found to be in good order – again, this will be at the owners’ discretion.
