Caravan Description
We have a 2 bedroom caravan, sleeping 6, on Highfield Grange Holiday Park in Clacton on Sea, Essex.
There is a double bedroom with door to the bathroom (comprising full sized shower, hand basin and toilet) and a second door to the hall, along with a twin bedroom and a double pull-out bed settee in the lounge. Each bedroom has a fixed to the wall heater.
Duvets and duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases, sheets and towels are all provided.
The second separate toilet with hand basin is next to the twin bedroom.
In the large centre lounge there are 2 sofas, a gas fire centre piece, flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.
The dining area has a free standing table and 4 chairs.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen comes complete with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all kitchen crockery and utensils, plus an iron and ironing board.
Outside there is a garden table, 4 chairs and a parasol, along with a rotary line.
There is parking for 1 car on the caravan plot.

The caravan is available for hire: Monday - Friday; Friday - Monday; Saturday - Saturday

The key holder of the caravan lives on site and is always available to assist you during your stay.
A fully refundable deposit of £50 is required, in case of breakages or damage, which is returned by BACS following inspection of caravan.
Club passes are not included in the price. If required, they can be purchased from Reception.

About the Area
Highfield Grange Holiday Park is just 1.5 miles from the centre of Clacton town and sandy beach. A bus stop is available at the gate for those without a car.KFC, Pizza Hut and a 24 hour Tesco can be found opposite the holiday park.
On the Park itself, there is children entertainment provided by the very talented team members every day and evening
Improved facilities and entertainment include a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool with 200 ft water chute (open from May to September), an all weather sports court and playground area, and The Boathouse Bar Restaurant with sun terrace and large screen TVs. The Grange also offers some electrifying cabaret shows with dancing, fun and games at night.
