We have a brand new, 2021, ABI Coworth holiday caravan available at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park in Dorset, situated in the West Lawn area of the Park.
The caravan is a three bedroom, eight berth model with one family bathroom and an en-suite, along with an end lounge/dining/kitchen and three bedrooms area and full central heating.
There is one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms, with each room being well sized and all beds having proper, deep, brand new mattresses on for 2021.
In the kitchen there is a full size gas cooker, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and full inventory, including toaster and kettle.
In the spacious lounge there is a flat screen, Freeview TV/DVD, a fireplace with electric fire and pull-out double bed.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen. Alternatively, we can arrange this for you to hire - please ask for details. A travel cot is available on request at no extra charge.
£100 deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
We also require a Damage Deposit of £100 payable on booking, which is refunded within a week of your departure, subject to the caravan being checked and everything found to be in order.
Weekend and mid-week breaks are available, but not in July and August. Please ask anyway, as we aim to please.
Haven Play Pass is available on arrival on site. We can advise you of the prices of these. These are also valid at Weymouth Bay's sister park Seaview, which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
The caravan is a short walk from Weymouth Bay Holiday Park’s clubhouse, where there are swimming pools (indoor and out) a restaurant, bar, amusements, play area, take away and a show bar with entertainment.
There is a shop on the park (selling an assortment of items, including food/toiletries etc.) as well as a launderette. Within walking distance are two convenience stores/off licence. There is a larger supermarket at Littlemoor shopping precinct, about 5-7 minutes’ drive from the park. The Littlemoor shopping complex has a newsagent, hairdresser, fish and chip shop, doctor’s surgery, dental practice, pharmacy, Chinese takeaway, Post Office etc. The nearest banks are in Weymouth town centre, also there's an ATM at the supermarket at Littlemoor.
In the village of Preston, there are various pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shops etc., within walking distance.
There is a footpath from the Park down to the local beach, Bowleaze Cove, which is quite rocky, but picturesque with lovely views over to the Weymouth Bay area. This is year round dog friendly. The best beach for sunbathing and swimming is the main Weymouth beach near to the town centre.
Weymouth is about 10 minutes’ drive away with easy parking near the beach. There's also a bus stop right outside the park entrance with regular buses every 20 minutes into Weymouth centre. Weymouth town centre has a good selection of shops, chain stores, department stores, and other small individual shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches and various other attractions.
