Caravan Description

Welcome to my 4 berth, 2 bedroom caravan for private hire on Haven’s Weymouth Bay Caravan Park.

My caravan is a 2019 Prestige with front decking and side decking to entrance with lockable gate. It is situated in a quiet area of the park, close to the footpath to the beautiful beach at Bowleaze Cove, and a short walk to the Haven site facilities.There is ha parking space by the caravan and further parking nearby.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating.

The open plan lounge/dining area has comfy seating area, large flat screen TV and a DVD player, (a selection is DVDs, games are available for your enjoyment). There is a dining table, also an electric fire. Double doors lead to front decking area with table and chairs for your enjoyment.
All gas and electricity is included in the price.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and a large wardrobe, also a toilet and basin en-suite.
The other bedroom has two single bed, which may be put together to make a small double, with plenty of storage. Duvets and pillows are provided. However you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and of course towels.

The well equipped kitchen is modern and fully fitted and includes a microwave, gas cooker and full size fridge/freezer.

The caravan has a shower room with a large shower, toilet and basin.


Although I have my own dog, I’m sorry, but other pets are NOT allowed.
Haven do not allow stag or hen parties or groups with all people under the age of 21.

A 20% deposit is required for each booking, which is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday or the booking will be cancelled, if booking within this period the full amount is payable.

As the caravan is also used for family holidays, I want to ensure it is well maintained. Therefore a £100 security bond is required In addition to cover any loss/damageOr need for excessive clean.. This will be refunded within 7 days of leaving when the caravan is cleaned and checked at the end of your holiday.
