Caravan Description

We are proud to offer for hire, our spacious and luxurious 'ABI Ashcroft' family caravan at Haven’s popular 4 Star Weymouth Bay Holiday Park in Dorset.

The ‘Prestige’ graded Ashcroft is a 38’ x 12’ - 2 bedroom (6 berth) model, which benefits from double glazing and has gas central heating throughout ensuring your comfort all year round.

Lounge:
The lounge is separated from the kitchen by glazed double doors that close, to allow further privacy for anyone wishing to sleep on the double sofa bed - making bed number 4. The lounge offers a comfy 3 piece suite and we have also added various soft furnishings and cushions to cosy up on just to give our home from home that little extra comfort. There is a modern electric fire, for an instant burst of heat and a central coffee table.

For your entertainment, there is a 32" TV / DVD with a varied selection of DVDs, a Sony Hi-Fi system with USB & jack for playing your MP3 music, cds and radio and also a small selection of various books and family board games. **New addition - X-Box 360 for those rainy days** (Don't forget to bring your favourite games)
Kitchen/Diner:
The Ashcroft offers a stylish and spacious fully equipped luxury Kitchen with all the mod cons that you'd expect and need. A gas oven/hob and hood, under counter integrated fridge and separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, saucepans and utensils. The dining area has a good sized dining table with 4 chairs.

Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is a very generous 12ft in width and has a sumptuous king-sized bed. There is built-in floor to ceiling mirrored double wardrobe, a dressing table with a hair dryer, over bed storage and shelves and has direct access to the main bathroom. Pillows and duvets are supplied, although sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are not.

Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom has 2 beds, a built in wardrobe with drawers and over bed storage cupboards. The twin bedroom also has its own dressing table, with plug points in the right places! The twin beds can also be made up as a comfy double bed if required. Again, pillows and duvets are supplied, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are not.

Bathroom
The main bathroom has a modern shower cubicle with powerful thermostatic shower, basin and WC and a modern heated towel rail.

There is an iron and ironing board available to iron out those packing creases.

Outside
The Ashcroft is sited on a premium Epsom plot, has a brand new balcony/ decking area, to allow for a further more private area to enjoy with your morning coffee! Also, (envied by many) Epsom 14 also benefits from its own private and secluded paved patio/garden that overlooks the sports field and children's play area. Perfect for sunbathing in the afternoon sun whilst the kids play on the swings! There is a picnic table, a charcoal BBQ, a garden bench and 2 sunbeds, for your use as well as an assortment of outdoor games. There is an exclusive parking space and various others close by should you need another.

Ready to Book?

Check the availability of your chosen dates above, then phone or email us with your enquiry and any questions you may have.

1. All bookings are 3pm for arrivals and 10am for departures.

2. A £100 (non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm your holiday at the point of booking or full payment if within 8 weeks of your stay. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, by either cash or bank transfer.

3. A £50 security deposit must be sent with the final payment. This is to safeguard against any damage that may occur. Providing the holiday home is left clean and tidy and in the condition it was let with no breakages or damage to furniture or fittings, your security deposit will be returned within 7 to 14 days after your holiday.

Bookings

Before booking your holiday please read the terms and conditions below:

1. Your keys will be waiting for you at Reception. Please lock the holiday home and return them to reception on your departure day

2. The occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage during their stay

3. Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of the rental for the holiday home. However you can purchase these passes from the park reception

4. No single sex parties or groups where the average age is under 21

5. Any anti-social behaviour could result in you being evicted from the site by Haven without any compensation

6. Only persons named on the booking form can stay in the holiday home or the insurance is invalid

7. The lead person on the booking form must be over 21 years old at the time of booking

8. No smoking in the holiday home

9. No pets are allowed in the holiday home

10. We cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage during your stay

11. We are unable to accept liability for disturbances due to workmen, other holidaymakers or the moving of caravans around the park
