Caravan Description

Welcome! We are private owners on Haven’s popular Weymouth Bay Holiday Park and our caravan is situated on Hillview; a quiet area of the Park.

Our pet friendly caravan for hire on Weymouth Bay Holiday Park in Weymouth, Dorset, is situated in a quiet area of the Park on Hillview, which is about a 5 minute walk from the main facilities. These include a clubhouse with entertainment, bar and restaurant; indoor and outdoor swimming pools; Papa John’s, Burger King, a fish and chip shop, local supermarket and arcade.

Please Note: One pet is allowed (excluding banned breeds). However, we would like to advise that pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet and they must be kept under control at all times. Please clean up after your pet.

THE LIVING AREA
The living area has L shaped seating and is equipped with a TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player. The area is heated by radiators. To the front of the caravan are French doors that open onto a decked area with seating and lovely views across the site.

THE DINING AREA
The dining area has L shaped seating and 2 stools, coffee table and is located directly opposite the kitchen area.

THE KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including a gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob and cooker hood, a large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has bedside cabinets, overhead storage, wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table with stool. There is also a hairdryer for your use. The bed is a double. This room is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 1
The twin bedroom has a bedside cabinet, overhead storage, a wardrobe with mirror. This room is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 2
The second twin bedroom has a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe with mirror. This room is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has a large shower, a wash basin, mirrored door cabinet, toilet and a heated towel rail.

THE SECOND TOILET
This room Has a toilet, wash basin and mirror. This room is heated by a radiator.

THE DECKING AREA
The decked area leads out from the French doors at the front of the caravan and is 12ft wide and 6ft out it has a patio dining set with table and 4 chairs. It also has a separate decking down the side of the caravan. It measure 6’ x 8’ across the side entrance of the caravan this area is also gated.


Linen

All beds are supplied with duvets and pillows. The master bedroom is a double duvet and 4 pillows. The single beds are supplied with single duvets and 1 pillow per bed. There is a spare duvet for the pull out bed in lounge. We do request that you supply your own bed linen, which should include duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets. You will also need to supply your own towels and tea towels for your stay.



Bookings & Conditions

Due to Park rules, I'm afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

. Parties whose members are under the age of 21
. Parties whose members are all male or all female
. Parties that exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home

No smoking permitted within the caravan.

All electric, gas and water is included in the price.

Passes for using the site facilities are extra and payable directly to the site. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception. Please contact us for the current prices.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates this is also a damage promise this is refundable after your stay providing there is no damages. The completed booking form must be done within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not included in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check is made. On this being satisfactory we contact you within 7 days of your departure to offer the refund of the £100 deposit.



Discounts

A £30 discount can be given if 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once (excludes any late deal offers).



Short Breaks

Short breaks are also available. These run either Friday - Monday or Monday - Friday.
