Caravan Description

We are Mark and Sheila Butler and we have owned our beautiful ABI Coworth, pet friendly caravan on Haven’s Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, since February 2022.

We enjoy renting our caravan out, so other people can enjoy what we enjoy in this beautiful park of the country.

Situated on Haven's Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, our caravan is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main complex and a 15 to 20 minute walk from Bowleaze Cove.

Our lovely, pet friendly caravan is a 36’ x 12’ model and over the last 18 months we have reinvested in it by adding a new undercounter fridge freezer, new mattresses, new curtains, new carpets and vinyl throughout, and re-upholstering all seating.

The caravan itself has a gated ramp and small deck for ease of access.

We have a spacious living area with a dining table and pull-out double bed. It is equipped with an electric fire, a 40" Smart TV with separate DVD player and lots of DVDs for all ages and tastes. We also have a selection of games for those days you may just want to chill out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc., required to cater for a family of 8 easily.

The main bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom one is the master, with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and fixed bedside units. There is also a wall-mounted TV with built-in DVD player.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twin bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each, along with a built-in wardrobe and small unit between the beds.

We do our own cleaning, so we know that you will arrive to a very clean, welcoming home from home, with however many beds you require already made up for you.

If required, we can supply a cot bed with mattress (no bedding). We can also supply 2 bed guards for children in the single beds.

Provided for your convenience is a cordless vacuum cleaner; dustpan and brush; a floor mop,; and a full array of cleaning products and materials. We also have a tabletop ironing board and an iron, as well as a hairdryer in the master bedroom wardrobe.

Outside, have a designated parking space to behind the caravan. We also have a pathway down the side of the ramp that leads to our patio area. Here you will find a table and chairs, plus parasol, which our guests are more than welcome to use.



We welcome pets but this is restricted to a maximum of 2.

Just a £50 deposit will secure your dates. The balance MUST be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

We also charge £100 security bond, which is refundable after satisfactory inspection of the caravan and its contents.

Please Note: Play passes have to be purchased separately from Haven once your booking is confirmed. These are NOT included in our caravan rental price.
