Caravan Description

Luxury platinum caravan on premium pitch alongside the River Brit on the 4* West Bay Holiday Park, with private rear garden and uninterrupted views over the outstanding countryside.

Luxurious, elegant and comprehensively equipped, it has two bedrooms and sleeps 4-6. It is centrally heated and double glazed throughout, and has a private drive way alongside.

There is a 20' x 8' illuminated UPVC decking area with table and chairs, which has stunning views overlooking the River Brit and surrounding countryside; ideal for al-fresco dining, observing local wildlife or just catching the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized gas hob and cooker, microwave and built-in fridge freezer etc.

The living area comprises of comfortable freestanding furniture, with an optional pull out double bed housed beneath the sofa.

It is equipped with a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD, video recorder, CD player and radio. The dining area has a free standing table, 4 chairs plus 2 stools and will comfortably accommodate 4 - 6 people.
The bathroom comprises of a toilet, wash basin and roomy glass door shower unit.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed and plenty of storage space, it also boasts a colour TV. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and again plenty of storage space.

Restrictions
Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:
-Parties whose members are under the age of 21
-Parties whose members are all male or all female
- Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking permitted within the caravan


All duvets and pillows are provided, but we request that you supply your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels for your stay.

Dates & Prices
All electric, gas and water are included in the price.

Passes are extra and payable directly to the site. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £6 per person off peak and £7.50 per person peak (under 2's are free)

A £100 deposit is required when you book your holiday (this is deductible from the prices shown and is non-refundable), the balance (cost of the holiday less your deposit) is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date. When paying the balance we require a £100 'key deposit' which covers any breakages or shortages or additional cleaning. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
