Beautiful, large holiday home for hire on Waterside’s 5* Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa in Weymouth, set in the sought after Redcliffe (red) section with elevated views of the sea and Weymouth from the large wraparound deck.

This luxurious holiday home with and open plan living area, is situated in the Redcliffe section of Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa n Weymouth.

It comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas cooker, built-in microwave, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer, an American fridge freezer and wine cooler etc.

The lounge area consists of two large sofas, one with automatic leg rests, a flame effect fire, TV and DVD player, along with built-in Bluetooth speakers and FREE Wi-Fi. French doors lead out onto a large deck.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and en-suite with bath, over head shower, toilet and basin. It also boasts air conditioning, French doors and a Velux window.

The second bedroom has two standard single beds, a wardrobe, drawers and flat screen TV.

Within the main bathroom is a large shower, WC, wash basin, a mirror and storage cupboards.

Outside we have a large wraparound, UPVC deck complete with a table and four chairs, plus two luxury chairs. There is also a small grassed area, plus parking for two cars.

All bookings will include passes, which provide access to entertainment areas. Alternatively, Gold passes can be purchased direct from us prior to your arrival (at a cheaper rate) which will allow unlimited access to the pool and gym.

The caravan will be available from 2pm on your day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.

Duvets and pillows will be provided. Guests will be required to bring their own linen and towels. However, these can be hired at an additional cost – please ask for further details.



Location

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is a 5* holiday park with plenty to do for all ages It is also just a short walk to Bowleaze Cove beach.

On site facilities include:

. Evening entertainment daily for all the family

From the Park there’s also a daily bus timetable, taking you into Weymouth town.

BOOKINGS AND CONDITIONS

Booking (subject to our Terms & Conditions) is direct with the owner through the enquiry system. Please provide full names of all in the party, ages of children under 16, postal and email address, along with a telephone number and vehicle registration.

The lead booker must be over 25 years of age.

Bookings for single sex groups are NOT accepted.

NO pets allowed.

The rental includes the Bowleaze SILVER pass, which gives access to all site facilities and entertainment, with the exception of the swimming pool and gym. These can be included by upgrading to the GOLD pass for an additional cost, which MUST be booked before arrival, as follows:

GOLD card 2024 supplement per booking: 1-3 days £34, 4 days £40, 5 days £50, 6 days £60, 7+ days £70

A returnable deposit of £100 is payable to secure the booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, best efforts will be made to rebook your dates and a refund may be given, subject to circumstances. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.

The full rental is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.

The initial deposit will then be held as a security deposit and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure as long everything is found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
