Welcome to ‘Sue's Restful Haven’ - my ABI St. David, 2 bedroom holiday caravan for hire on Bowleaze Cove Park & Spa in Weymouth, Dorset.

This superior ABI St. David holiday caravan was bought just before lock down in 2019 and whilst it is 6 years old, it is presented in immaculate order throughout.

It is certainly a home from home and loved by all that stay. Hopefully, you will find everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday.

As you enter the caravan you are greeted by an opened plan lounge/diner/kitchen. A great sized wrap around sofa is positioned at one end of the room along with coffee table, 43" smart TV, DVD player and coal effect electric fire with surround. Also in the lounge you will find DVDs, CDs, books and toys that will come in handy for the little ones!

The kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and ample storage cupboards. There will also be a variety of utensils, pots, pans and cutlery available. The dining table will seat four.

To the other end of the caravan is the main bedroom, comprising a king sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table and built-in wardrobe with drawers under. The main bedroom also boasts an en-suite w/c and sink.

The second bedroom is set up with two single beds with a central bedside unit. Bedside lamp above, along with a single wardrobe and drawers under. Mattresses can be zipped together to make a cosy small double if need be.

All beds are made up ready for your arrival.

Completing the accommodation is a well-served shower room with ample storage for your stay.

Externally the caravan is located in a tucked away cul-de-sac position as part of ‘Greenhill’. There is a lovely decked area with 3 seater sofa, footstool, chair & coffee table, parasol and external lighting.

Parking for 2 small cars is available to the side of the caravan.

Towels can be provided for a small fee (only for caravan use)
Highchair & Travel Cot can also be provided for a small fee

Electric, Gas, Wi-Fi and Entertainment Passes are all included in the rental price. Please note: the swimming pools, gym/spa are payable to the park at time of using and not included with the Entertainment Pass. However a GOLD PASS can be purchased through myself at a price of £70 per caravan per week (2025) which will include admittance to swimming pools and gym, so if you use these facilities it does pay to do so (in my opinion) as individually swimming is £8 per adult and £6 per child on a daily basis. You can purchase a weekly family pass once on Park at a price of £120.




Booking Conditions

A £75 non-refundable deposit will be required. Once deposit is received then the booking will be secured. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

A £150 refundable Care & Respect bond will be required with your final payment. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure, once the caravan has been checked for any loss, damage and/breakages, or the need of a deep clean.

No Smoking or Vaping is permitted.

No charging of e-cigarettes or electrical devices overnight or when caravan is unattended.

No single sex groups allowed. No Hen/Stag parties as it is a family park.

PLEASE NOTE...Once booking form has been returned along with deposit then the booking is secured. No other guests/cars can be added to booking after this other than in unforeseen circumstances and charged accordingly.

No BBQ,s by caravan due to Fire Risk


No charging of Electric vehicles allowed at the caravan as we are not insured to do so and the electricity supply is not sufficient. Electric vehicles charging points can be found at the front of the park. Reception will advise. Please also note there must not be any charging of E,Scooters at the caravan either.
If there has been excessive use of electricity over your stay this will be charged accordingly.

On site facilities at Waterside’s Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa include:

. Spar shop for fresh bread, pastries, cakes etc. (can be pre-ordered)
. Launderette (tokens purchased from reception)
. Large grassed area with deckchairs provided
. Outdoor stage and large outdoor TV screen
. Watersports such as paddle boards, canoes, pedalos
. Southside Restaurant with seating inside and out
. The Shack, an outside food (The Dog House) and drink venue. 2024 saw the arrival of The Frostbite for all your yummy desserts/ice creams
. Sports Bar serving food and drink and incorporating a soft play area, Costa Coffee, amusements and pool tables
. Fish & Chip shop also serving pizzas
. Indoor swimming pool
. Outdoor swimming pool (opening May-October and weather dependent)
. Indoor and outdoor gym (located by astro turf for football pitches)
. Spa, sauna and beauty rooms (payable at time of booking/use to Park.)

… and let’s not forget The Venue, where the entertainment happens! For the children you can come and meet Boomer! with lots of kid activities on display. For the adults, there is a large bar area, bingo! and plenty of late night entertainment.

There is also a bus service into town from park. Pick up from top end of Park (Greenhill) and also across from Reception at front of Park. Stand K8 along from The famous Clock is where you get dropped off and also for your return journey back,

Waterside has just completed the purchase of The Sunset Restaurant on the beach along with the Funfair & Amusement arcade. These will now be known as the Drift Bar & Grill and Southside Funfair.
