A luxury Aspen Lodge 2 bed caravan located on one of the best pitches on the award* winning 5* Bowleaze Holiday Park & Spa on Dorset's famed Jurassic coast. It enjoys a west facing position, high in the sought after Redcliffe area with stunning panoramic views over Weymouth Bay and benefits from a spacious deck to enjoy a sundowner as the sun sets. The pitch also enjoys a quiet location with space for 2 cars.

The caravan is beautifully equipped, with comfortable furnishings and homely touches as befits a true home from home. The comfortable, sunny lounge has seating for 4+, a log effect electric fire and Smart HD TV. The lounge also opens onto the spacious deck that is fully equipped with 4 seater table and chairs, plus 2 loungers. The fully equipped kitchen features a Belling gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and all necessary crockery and utensils, with adjacent 4 seat dining area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plus a Smart HD TV. It also boasts an en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC, which is adjacent to the second bedroom.

The caravan is centrally heated by a modern Hive controlled combi boiler, ensuring hot water is always on tap. It also serves thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms, ensuring a cosy stay whatever the weather. FREE unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi is provided by the site.

All bed linen and cleaning is included. The caravan is serviced by a reputable local cleaning contractor following best practice procedure before and after each let. Our caravan also conforms to all safety regulations, including fire safety, EICR electrical safety, PAT testing of electric appliances and gas safety certification, and is equipped with state of the art linked heat, smoke and CO2 alarms. Bookings & Conditions

Booking (subject to our Terms & Conditions) is direct with the owner through the enquiry system. Please provide:
* Full names of all in the party and ages of children under 16,
* Full postal address, email address and telephone number,
* Vehicle registration.
* Please check the email address and phone number provided. I respond to all enquiries. If you have not heard from me please check and try again or text/call 07963 425441.

Please note:
The lead booker must be over 25 years of age.
Bookings for single sex groups are NOT accepted.
NO pets allowed.
Full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday. Short lets within the week may be possible, subject to availability on application.

The rental includes the Bowleaze SILVER pass, which gives access to all site facilities and entertainment, with the exception of the swimming pool and gym. These can be included by upgrading to the GOLD pass for an additional cost, which MUST be booked before check in, as follows:

GOLD CARD SUPPLEMENT (per days holiday booked)
2025: 1-3 days £37.50, 4 days £40, 5 days £50, 6 days £60, 7+ days £70.
2026: TBA.

These are Bowleaze rates charged directly to me, they are not available on check in. Otherwise arrangements to use the swimming pool and gym will be provided at check in, subject to Bowleaze’s current fees. If it intended to use the pools or gym the GOLD PASS is likely to be the least cost option especially for parties of 3 or more. Please note the charged activities provided by Bowleaze such as archery, craft centre, Segways and the like are not included in the Silver or Gold passes.

From 2005 Bowleaze charge a £10 booking fee per rental. A returnable deposit of £100 is payable to secure the booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation as is full payment due 6 weeks before booking date. In the event of cancellation, best efforts will be made to rebook your dates and a refund may be given, subject to circumstances. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.

The full rental is payable 6 weeks before your arrival. The initial deposit will then be held as a security deposit and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure as long everything is found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for a additional cleaning.

Returning customers may benefit from a discretionary discount of 5-10%. Not applicable to specific offers or bookings made online. No discount on request, prices are set competitively and at a discount to those published by Waterside and Hoseasons at Bowleaze.

The caravan comfortably sleeps 4 persons. Although it is a spacious caravan, 4 adults is the maximum advisable for the best experience. 5 persons (including small children) may be accommodated (sofa bed) on application, depending upon the party.
