Our holiday lodge sits on one of the best pitches on Bowleaze Holiday Park & Spa, which is set on Dorset's famed Jurassic coast. It enjoys a west facing position, high in the sought after Redcliffe area, and benefits from having a spacious deck to enjoy a sundowner as the sun sets. The pitch also enjoys a quiet location with space for 2 cars.

The caravan is beautifully equipped, with comfortable furnishings and homely touches as befits a true home from home.

The comfortable, sunny lounge has seating for 4+, a log effect electric fire and Smart HD TV. The lounge also opens onto the spacious deck that is fully equipped with 4 seater table and chairs, plus 2 loungers.

The fully equipped kitchen features a Belling gas cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and all necessary crockery and utensils, with adjacent 4 seat dining area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with orthopaedic mattress, plus a Smart HD TV. It also boasts an en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds, also with orthopaedic mattresses.

The family bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC, which is adjacent to the second bedroom.

The caravan is centrally heated by a modern Hive controlled combi boiler, ensuring hot water is always on tap. It also serves thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms, ensuring a cosy stay whatever the weather.

FREE unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi is provided by the site.

All bed linen and cleaning is included.

The caravan is serviced by a reputable local cleaning contractor following best practice procedure before and after each let.

Our caravan also conforms to all safety regulations, including fire safety, EICR electrical safety, PAT testing of electric appliances and gas safety certification, and is equipped with state of the art heat, smoke and CO2 alarms. Details are available at the caravan.





Bookings & Conditions

Booking (subject to our Terms & Conditions) is direct with the owner through the enquiry system. Please provide full names of all in the party, ages of children under 16, postal and email address, along with a telephone number and vehicle registration.

The lead booker must be over 25 years of age.

Bookings for single sex groups are NOT accepted.

NO pets allowed.

The rental includes the Bowleaze SILVER pass, which gives access to all site facilities and entertainment, with the exception of the swimming pool and gym. These can be included by upgrading to the GOLD pass for an additional cost, which MUST be booked before arrival, as follows:

GOLD card 2024 supplement per booking: 1-3 days £30, 4 days £35, 5 days £45, 6 days £55, 7+ days £60.

A returnable deposit of £100 is payable to secure the booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, best efforts will be made to rebook your dates and a refund may be given, subject to circumstances. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.

The full rental is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.

The initial deposit will then be held as a security deposit and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure as long everything is found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

The caravan comfortably sleeps 4 persons. Although it is a spacious caravan, 4 adults is the maximum advisable for the best experience. 5 persons (including small children) may be accommodated (sofa bed) on application, depending upon the party.

** Please note that we let for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. Short lets within the week may be possible, subject to availability on application.

Waterside's award winning, 5* Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is located at Bowleaze Cove on Dorset’s stunning Jurassic coast. Guests can relax and take advantage of the park’s 5* facilities and entertainment, whilst enjoying Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast.

The leisure complex on Bowleaze Cover Holiday Park & Spa, includes the Sports Bar and restaurant, Costa coffee bar, an arcade, pool tables, kiddies’ soft play area, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pools. The large indoor pool has water slides, a kids’ fun splash zones, bubble pool, sauna and steam room. The heated outdoor pool has a sun terrace. Lifeguards are always in attendance. GOLD PASS required for the swimming facilities.

The well equipped Spa provides professional facial, nails, massage, tanning and waxing treatments, hydrotherapy pool, monsoon and rainforest showers, aroma steam room, sauna and relaxation loungers. all at reasonable prices, open to all irrespective of pass. Booking advised.

The Venue entertainment complex puts on a lively programme of holiday park entertainment and bingo sessions every night (in season) in comfortable surrounds with full bar service, food available from the Fish & Chip shop/Pizzeria. Every child is a member of Boomer's Family Fun Club; every day in season Boomer and friends entertain the youngsters with fun games, competitions and children entertainment. Creative craft sessions can be booked at the Southside Studio Arts & Crafts Centre.

Delivery to the caravan is also available.

The on site Spar convenience shop, open daily from 8am to 8pm in season, offers a full range of essentials and more, including Cook ready meals.

Bowleaze offers some unique activities including Segway rides, Archery, Mini Land Rover rides, pool and open water swimming lessons, water sports equipment hire, climbing wall, Aqua Zorbing and children football training (high season only). These activities may not always be programmed or be withdrawn. They must be booked and are subject to availability and payment.

The site includes children's outdoor play areas at Southside and by the Spar shop. The sports field has outdoor adult exercise equipment and a 3G Football Pitch.

A well equipped self service launderette is available to all guests, wash and dry tokens are sold at reception.

The area is packed with wonderful leisure activities and places to visit, too many to do justice to here. Weymouth has superb beaches, excellent restaurants of all types and a good range of speciality shops and supermarkets within easy reach. A shuttle bus service runs regularly from the site to the town centre. Weymouth harbour and its sea excursions, Nothe Fort, SeaLife centre, Lodmoor RSPB reserve, are all well worth a visit; not forgetting the coastal path walks easily accessible from the park, Chesil Beach and Portland Bill with its dramatic coast - you can even visit the Verne Prison Jailhouse Cafe for a coffee and snack! The D Day WW2 Museum at Portland Harbour is a wonderful immersive experience.

Within an hours drive are the wonders of the Jurassic Coast from Lyme Regis to the west with all its seaside attractions to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove in the east. Near Wareham you can find the wonderful Corfe Castle, the heritage Swanage Railway, the Arne RSPB reserve, the National Trust Studland Beach from where its a short ferry trip to Sandbanks then Bournemouth and Poole from where you can visit Brownsea Island and even the Channel Islands! Last but not least is Dorchester and Poundbury near where you can visit the hidden in plain sight marvel of Maiden Castle a huge Iron Age fort.
