Our holiday home for hire is situated in the White Nothe section of the award winning 5* Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa (Waterside) in Weymouth - a short level walk from all site facilities, the beach and local bus stop.

Ideal for family holidays and getaways, our holiday home on Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa (Waterside), boasts double glazing and central heating throughout, together with free high speed Wi-Fi in the caravan and on the park.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, oven and grill, air fryer, extractor hood, electric kettle and toaster and all the cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware you will need, along with a dining table, four chairs and two folding chairs.
There is also an ironing board and iron that can be used.

The lounge area is open to the kitchen with a 40" Smart TV, comfortable seating for everyone on the large sofas, coffee table, electric fire, cordless phone charger.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes (coat hangers provided) and bedside tables. Duvets, pillows and protectors are included, but you'll need to bring your own bed linen. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV with Amazon Firestick and an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds which can be put together to make doubles if preferred.

The main bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, walk-in shower and plenty of storage space.

Outside, there is a large decking area with a gate to keep little ones safe, table and seating for 6 with lighting.

A hard standing parking space is right alongside the caravan.


PLEASE REMEMBER: you will need to bring your own bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases), together with towels (shower, hand, beach).


Bookings & Conditions

Sorry NO PETS and NO SMOKING/VAPING in our caravan.

Maximum of 6 guests allowed.

No single sex groups or all adult groups - Bowleaze Cove is a family site.

7 night minimum stay during UK school holidays.

4 night minimum (mid-week only) stay outside school holidays (please enquire via contact for this)

Other night stays are available at request (please enquire via contact for this)

A deposit of £60 is required to secure your booking.

The full cost of the holiday needs to be settled at least 6 weeks before your date of arrival.

We also require a £100 Care and Respect Deposit, which will be returned within 7 days of your departure, once the caravan has been checked and there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for excessive cleaning - this ensures we can maintain our high standards for future holidaymakers.

Check in time 4pm, check out is by 9.30am.

SIVLER/GOLD PASSES - Your booking includes Silver Passes providing access to all site facilities, other than the Leisure Centre (pools) and Gym. Gold Passes are available to purchase in advance through us, these include the Leisure Centre and Gym - (£70 for 2026) which covers all guests on the booking for stays of 7 days and more. Reduced prices for shorter stays. Please ask for more details when making your booking

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa (formerly Waterside) facilities include:

The Arena Bar with indoor soft play, food and bar service.

The Venue providing morning and evening entertainment for children as well as live evening entertainment for adults.

The Leisure Centre has heated indoor and seasonal outdoor pools and a gym, along with the beautiful Spa area with all treatments available and a wonderful hydrotherapy pool (charges apply for the Spa).

At the amazing Southside area by the beach, you will find the main restaurant, fish and chip and pizza takeaway, The Shack bar, Frostbite Ice Creams and a large grassed area with deckchairs provided, giving stunning views across to Portland, along with an outdoor stage area and huge outdoor TV. Waterside has recently acquired the adjacent Fantasy Island funfair which will be included in the facilities for 2026.

There are two outdoor children's playgrounds, one by Southside and the other near the main reception.

A Spar shop and laundrette are open every day.

The 3G football pitch and outdoor gym is set on a hill above the Park, giving panoramic views of Weymouth and the surrounding Dorset countryside. There is also a segway track and mini landrovers for hire.

The Weymouth bus service comes into the site regularly throughout the season.

The Park is situated right on the beach and also on the South West Coast Path, allowing you to take advantage of the beautiful walks and scenery in the area.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions 2026
Booking
1. A deposit of £60 is required for your stay, payable at the time of booking – this secures your booking. The full balance will then be due no later than 6 weeks before your holiday starts. If the full balance is not received at least 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, the booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. We advise you to take out insurance in case of cancellation. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the holiday start date will be required to make payment in FULL at the time of booking, including the £100 care and respect bond (see below).
2. We also require, at the time of the full balance payment, a £100 care and respect bond. This care and respect bond is fully refundable at the end of the holiday after inspection of the caravan, however we reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond for the additional cost of:
Replacing and/or repairing any damage
Any breakages
Charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new.
This will be refunded to you, usually by bank transfer, as long as there are no problems with the caravan and it is left in a clean and tidy condition, within 7 days of your departure (normally quicker).
3. Waterside Key Release documents, inventory and other information will be forwarded to you on receipt of full payment – please check the Key Release document carefully.
4. If you wish to make changes to your booking prior to your holiday you must put this in writing/email to us beforehand and this must be agreed in writing/email by us before your holiday start date.
5. We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking once it is agreed between you and us, but problems can occur and we may have to make alterations or, very occasionally, cancel your booking (e.g. major problems at the site or to the holiday home). If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking. If we cancel your booking we will refund you any fees you have already paid. However, we will not be liable to refund you for any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your holiday (including, without limitation, fees for travel, entertainment, activities or insurance).
6. The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by you. Should a cancellation be made by you for any other reason prior to payment of the full balance, only the booking deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made by you after the full amount has been paid, the following will be applied:
Cancellation between 29 and 42 days before arrival – 50% of the holiday price will be retained
Cancellation between 8 and 28 days before arrival – 75% of the holiday price will be retained
Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival – 100% of the holiday price will be retained
7. Gold passes are available for purchase no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Please ask us for more details
During your stay
8. Please bring your own bed linen (duvets covers, fitted bottom sheets, pillowcases) and towels (hand, bath, pool/beach). We provide duvets, pillows, bedding protectors, tea towel and bath mat.
9. Smoking, vaping and pets are not allowed in the caravan. Failure to observe this will result in additional cleaning charges.
10. ​The maximum occupancy is 6 people which include any children and must not be exceeded. Only people that are named on the booking form can stay in the caravan.
11. ​The caravan will be available for occupancy from 4 pm on your day of arrival (if we have managed to get the caravan ready for you earlier then we will contact Reception who will let you know on arrival) and it must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.
12. ​Only one vehicle can park on the tarmac alongside the caravan. Waterside does not allow parking on any grassed areas nor any commercial vehicle to park next to the holiday homes, therefore a commercial vehicle or any additional vehicle will need to be parked in the main car park near Reception.
13. ​You agree not to do anything that may be considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupier of neighbouring caravans.
14. ​You agree to abide by the Park Rules issued by Waterside Holiday Park and Spa, which includes a zero tolerance drug policy. Failure to comply may result in Waterside management instructing you and your party to leave the site. No refund will be given in this circumstance. Please familiarise yourself with the park rules and fire information provided in the Information Folder in the caravan.
15. ​At the time of booking, entertainment passes are included in the cost of the hire. Passes for swimming, etc can be purchased at the Leisure Complex from Waterside. For 2025, Gold Passes are available if required to private guests at an extra cost; please add to your balance payment. Access to park facilities and entertainment is not guaranteed – for example, if permitted capacity is reached or closure by Waterside for whatever reason.
16. Minimum age of lead person staying must be over 21. Only the names listed by you on booking the caravan are permitted to stay at the caravan. Over occupancy is not acceptable and you will be asked to vacate the caravan with no reimbursement of any money paid, including the care and respect bond.
17. ​Gas, electricity, water and high speed wi-fi are included in the rental. Please ensure, if you use the central heating during your stay, it is used sensibly and turned off before you leave.
18. ​The charging of electric scooters, electric or hybrid cars from the caravan electricity supply is absolutely forbidden as the additional load on the holiday home’s supply
would result in the increased risk of electric shock and a trip hazard from any charging cables that would be in use. Waterside insist therefore that you do not use the holiday home’s electricity supply to charge any vehicle; meter readings are taken before and after each let. The Park has special charging units for vehicles – please check at Reception
19. No refund will be made to you if your holiday has commenced and you then vacate the caravan for any reason, including an emergency at home.
20. In case of a maintenance problem, you must contact us (the owners) at the earliest opportunity. DIY repairs are not to be carried out by you, under any circumstances. If you carry out such repairs, the care and respect bond will be affected.
21. The holiday park owners and caravan owners do not accept liability for any loss or damage to your property and/or accidents, injuries, illness or diseases arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of God or extreme weather conditions.
22. The area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
23. You must give access to the holiday caravan as and when required by us, holiday park owners and their staff/agents. Each person listed on the booking form must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners, caravan owners or park staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
Departure
24. The caravan is to be left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived and, if it is not, the care and respect bond will be affected. You must remove all of your personal belongings and ensure all rubbish, both recycling and general, is deposited in one of the site’s collection points. There is a charge £10 for each bag of rubbish or recycling left for us to dispose of.
25. ​You agree to leave the premises on the date and time agreed, as we need to get the caravan ready for the following guests, maintaining our high standards. Failure to do so will mean you are required to pay an additional £200 per part day you overstay. Please return the keys and passes to Waterside Reception; there is a £70 charge applies for lost keys
26. Lost Property – the belongings that you bring with you are your responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or damage to items. If any items are found after you leave, they will be held for 7 days after which, if no request for their return has been made, the items will be disposed of.
