Caravan Description
'Serenity' is a high quality caravan which has been carefully maintained. The caravan interior is fully insulated, with double glazed windows and full gas central heating.
The main living area is spacious, beautiful and open plan. The lounge area is complete with a 28" TV, with HDMI and USB, and a DVD player. The caravan is fitted with Wi-Fi. There is a comfortable six-seater settee with a coffee table, large foot stall and a warming electric fire. The kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and a gas oven with a four ring hob and a grill. In the dining area there is a table and four chairs.
The large master bedroom contains a comfy king size bed, bedside tables and overhead storage cupboards. There is also a large double wardrobe with shelves, with a vanity unit and accompanying stool. This bedroom also boasts an en-suite toilet and washbasin. A second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, overhead storage cupboards and a single wardrobe. In the living area there is a comfortable pull out double bed. Duvets and pillows are provided : please bring your own linen and towels.
There is a separate bathroom, fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside there is a large enclosed decking area complete with four chairs, table and parasol. Immediately adjacent there is a tarmac driveway large enough to park one car. There is also a small grass area.

Waterside Caravan Park & Spa is a well-established and popular holiday resort a very short distance from the beach and sea. It is about 2 miles from Weymouth and an easy distance from the wide variety of tourist attractions to be found in this beautiful corner of Dorset.
Your park pass provides you with access to all the entertainment facilities on the park apart from the swimming pool. If you wish to use the pool you can purchase a daily or weekly pass from reception. The park also features other facilities such as restaurants, bars, play areas and a supermarket.
