Caravan Description

Our lovely, clean double glazed & fully central heated holiday home for hire on Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park in Weymouth
accommodates 4 people. It is situated in the Orange area.

Our holiday home is a Regal Ambassador with two bedrooms, one twin and a main double bedroom. This room offers a king size bed, wardrobe and storage space, along with en-suite facilities. A hairdryer and straighteners are also provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to provide your own bed linen.

There is an additional bathroom with large shower.

The kitchen area is nice and spacious, with a full gas cooker and hob, integrated fridge with freezer, microwave, iron etc., along with all the equipment required for your daily needs. This is followed by an open plan dining and lounge area.

Outside you'll be met with a nice decking area with table and chairs to relax on. There is room for parking directly outside too.

Our holiday home is situated in a quiet area of the park, just a 5 minute walk from the Reception, bars, site entrance and the beach.

Wi-Fi is available, please ask reception for details.

Entry passes to the sports bar, Venue and kids' entertainment is included in our rental price.

There is a daily/weekly charge for entry to the indoor/outdoor pool complex.

Strictly NO smoking and NO pets allowed.

Arrival time is from 4pm. Departure is by 9.30am.

Payment Information

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This must be received within 7 days to confirm the booking.

The remainder of the balance must be received 6 weeks before the holiday start date. Booking will be cancelled and re-advertised if payment is not cleared by this date.
Bookings taken with less than 6 weeks remaining will need to be paid in full, including the £100 damage bond.

We also require when you pay the balance payment, a £100 damage bond. This damage bond is fully refundable at the end of the holiday after inspection of the caravan, however we reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and/or hirer for the additional cost of:
Replacing and/or repairing all damage
All breakages
Charge of any extra cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new.
This will be refunded to you usually by bank transfer to the same bank account as long as there are no problems with the caravan , within 7 days of your departure.

If you wish to make changes or cancellations to your holiday prior to your holiday you must put this in an email to us beforehand and this must be agreed by us before your holiday start date. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the £100 deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full amount has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the holiday start date then all monies will be forfeited.

We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking once it has been agreed between you and us, but problems can occur and we may have to make alterations or, very occasionally cancel your booking (e.g major problems at the site or to the holiday home). If we cancel we shall return all the monies you have paid, however we are not liable for any other third party expenses you have paid, e.g. insurance premium etc.

During your stay
This is a premium caravan and smoking/vaping is not permitted in the caravan. If you do smoke then please smoke outside with the front door shut and dispose of your litter in the proper manner.
Sorry but No pets are allowed.
We market this as a 4 berth caravan so the maximum occupancy is 4 people which include any children and this must not be exceeded.
Only persons that were named on the booking form can stay in the caravan.
A payment request will be sent at least 6 weeks before your holiday, along with any relevant information regarding keys, passes etc.

Location

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is a 5* park offering a fun filled experience for all age groups. On site amenities include a spa; indoor and outdoor heated pool; Venue offering nightly entertainment; sports bar featuring Sky Sports with Premiership games, boxing etc.; a fun fair; two play areas and an inside soft play; children's daily entertainment programme; restaurant and fish and chip bar; shop; launderette and much more.

The beach is just 100m from the park entrance.

A regular bus service runs from the park which takes you to the town centre with its main beach. Weymouth has many attractions, to include the Sea Life Centre, Sandworld, bowling, cinema, Nothe Fort, The Jurassic Sky Line Tower and of course the harbour with its fine restaurants and bars.

Dorchester is a 15 minute drive, with its market day on Wednesday.

Portland is approximately 20 minutes' drive, not forgetting the famous Chesil beach.

Further afield, approximately 30 minutes' drive, is Monkey World, Bovington Tank Musuem and Abbotsbury Swannery and Gardens.
