Caravan Description

Welcome to our light and spacious holiday home, (38ftx12ft) situated in a quiet, but central part of the site. Minutes away from the leisure and entertainment facilities.

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park and Spa. (formerly known as Waterside Holiday Park and Spa) is the perfect place to stay.

We have just installed a small platform with balcony and steps.

We have also purchased a new picnic table and parasol so you have somewhere comfortable to dine out.

It has a fully fitted kitchen, full inventory, including oven, new microwave, new fridge freezer a toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and all other cooking utensils.

We like to provide a few extras: washing up liquid, dish cloths, hand soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee and sugar.

Next to the kitchen is a dining area and following through to the front of the caravan is a large lounge and seating area. Here you will find a 42 inch Smart TV, an electric fire, a coffee table and a very comfortable corner sofa

There are three bedrooms, two of which are twin rooms (beds can be pushed together to make doubles) and one large double room with a double bed, generous sized wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool.

**Just added** as another extra a tv in the master bedroom. All mattresses are brand new.

Some other extras we like to provide are: A hairdryer and an iron/ironing board, these can be found in the Master bedroom. This caravan boasts an en-suite toilet and sink in the master bedroom.

The main bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and large double shower, with plenty of storage space for toiletries. Both bathrooms have a heated towel rail.

Duvets and pillows are supplied but not linen, so please bring your own.

We pride ourselves in cleanliness so our holiday home is spotless.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating, including independent thermostat controlled radiators. Gas, electric and water is included in our prices.

Our caravan is situated on the White area of the park which is flat. It is a quiet area, yet still close to all amenities, and close to the bus stop.
Check in is from 4pm unless otherwise stated.

There is ample parking space for 2 cars.
Please Note: No charging of any electric vehicles is to be undertaken at the holiday home.
Charging points are on site in the car park.

Wi-Fi is free in the holiday home and on site.

Booking Information:

Passes are included (silver). These will allow you access into the Venue and Sports bar.
Please ask about passes for swimming & Gym (Gold). These can be obtained and purchased at a discount if required when booking.



A non refundable deposit of £60 will be required to secure the booking of the caravan. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Unfortunately we have had to introduce a Care & Respect Bond of £100, this is for any missing items or damage that occurs to our van during your stay. This will need to be paid at the same time the balance is due. The £100 will then be refunded in FULL upon inspection of the caravan after your departure.(Thank you for understanding).

There is strictly no smoking in our van.

This is a family park, no single sex groups or commercial vans are allowed.

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa (formerly known as Waterside Holiday Park & Spa).

There really is plenty to do here. The Park boasts two heated indoor pools with slides, one heated outdoor pool, a fully equiped gym and a Spa which has its own hydrotherapy pool and treatment rooms. There’s a range of places to eat, such as the Drift Bar & Grill with seating over looking Bowleaze cove, fish and chips takeaway the Shack, the Southside bar & grill restaurant, a Sports bar and a children’s large soft play area. In addition to this there is an entertainment venue, a launderette, a Spar shop and bakery. Close to the beach is the Shack area which includes an outdoor bar, and a children's sandy outdoor play area. There is also an all-weather 3G football pitch and a regular bus service into town - the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the caravan. Everything on the site is kept immaculate hence its 5 stars.

Located in a fantastic part of Weymouth, stunning views can be seen from Bowleaze Cove beach which is only 300m away from the main site entrance. Here you will find a Beach cafe, bar, shops and Southside Funfair.
