Our beautiful & modern, 2016, double glazed & central heated, 3 bedroom Avonmore caravan is located on the White section of the 5* Waterside Holiday Park & Spa in Weymouth, Dorset.
For your peace of mind this owner has been Verified. To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Welcome to our light and spacious caravan, (38ftx12ft) situated in a quiet, but central part of the site. Minutes away from the leisure and entertainment facilities.
Waterside Holiday Park and Spa is the perfect place to stay.
We have just installed a platform with balcony and steps.
We have also purchased a new picnic table and parasol so you have somewhere comfortable to dine out.
Our caravan has a fully fitted kitchen, including oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all other cooking utensils. We regularly use this caravan for our holiday, so have made sure it is like a house from home. Having grandchildren, the caravan is well catered for children too, including plastic plates, cups and cutlery, a hand blender and a bottle warmer.
Few extras provided are: washing up liquid, dish cloths, hand soap, toilet rolls,
tea, coffee and sugar.
Next to the kitchen is a dining area and following through to the front of the caravan is a large lounge and seating area. Here you will find a 42 inch Smart TV, an electric fire, a coffee table and a very comfortable corner sofa
There are three bedrooms, two of which are twin rooms (beds can be pushed together to make doubles) and one large double room with a king sized bed, generous sized wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool. **Just added** as another extra a tv in the master bedroom. Some other extras we like to provide are: A hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, these can be found in the Master bedroom. This caravan boasts an en-suite toilet and sink in the master bedroom.
The main bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and large double shower, with plenty of storage space for toiletries. Both bathrooms have a heated towel rail.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but not linen.
We pride ourselves in cleanliness so our caravan is spotless.
The caravan has double glazing and central heating, including independent thermostat controlled radiators.
Our caravan is situated on the White area of the park which is flat. It is a quiet area, yet still close to all amenities.
Check in is from 4pm unless otherwise stated.
There is ample parking space for 2 cars.
This is a family Park, so no single sex groups or commercial vans are allowed.
Entertainment passes are included. However there is a small additional charge for swimming.
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the booking of the caravan. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Unfortunately we have had to introduce a security deposit of £50 for any damage, missing items that occurr during your stay. This will need to be paid at the same time as the balance is due. The £50 will then be refunded in FULL upon inspection of the caravan after your departure.(Thank you for understanding).

Waterside Holiday Park & Spa is a beautiful place to stay. We first visited here on holiday four years ago and have continued to holiday here every year, leading to 2018 when we decided to purchase our own caravan on this site.
There really is plenty to do here. The Park boasts two heated indoor pools with slides, one heated outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym and a Spa which has its own hydrotherapy pool and treatment rooms. There’s a range of places to eat, such as the fish and chips takeaway or Waterside’s restaurant, a Sports bar and a children’s large soft play area. In addition to this there is an entertainment venue, a launderette, a Spar shop and bakery. Newly added in 2018 a beach shack with a children's outdoor play area. There is also an all-weather football pitch and a regular bus service into town - the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the caravan. Everything on the site is kept immaculate hence its 5 stars.
Located in a fantastic part of Weymouth, stunning views can be seen from Bowleaze Cove beach which is only 300m away from the main site entrance. Here you will find a bar, restaurant, shops, Fantasy Island amusement park and a weekly car boot and market.
