Caravan Description

Welcome to my immaculately presented, 3 bedroom contemporary style holiday home.

Situated in an ideal location in the RED section, (not on the hill), very close to the beach and facilities, offering views up the Bowleaze Hill and surrounding fields.

It benefits from a large decking area that gets sun morning till the evening with modern outdoor table, chairs and parasol.

The caravan sleeps up to 6, with one Double bedroom with en-suite, dressing table + stool, plus 2 Twin bedrooms.
Bed linen can be hired through myself which gives you the benefit of having the beds made up, for your arrival.
Brand new mattresses in every room.

The comfortable open plan lounge area has a 42” digital smart TV and DVD player, books and games for your use.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including oven and hob with extractor fan, a large FULL SIZE built-in fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.

* My van undergoes a thorough 4-5 hour clean before new guests arrive, so you can be sure it is immaculate on arrival. 😃

** I OFFER AN EARLY CHECK IN TIME OF 3PM ON DAY OF ARRIVAL! 😃





* ADDITIONAL EXTRAS INCLUDED: Washing up liquid, dish cloths, scourer, tea towel, oven mitt, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, liquid soaps, air fresheners, shower mat, clothes airer with pegs, salt & pepper and books & games for children. You will also find plenty of buckets and spades and fishing nets for nearby rock pools in the outside box.

Duvets and pillows are provided, allowing you the choice of bringing your own linen or it can be hired from myself at a small cost . Please ask.



** SITE FACILITIES **

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is a 5 star Premier site adjacent to the beach in Bowleaze Cove, a beautiful area of Weymouth.

Facilities on site include 2 heated indoor pools with slides; a heated outdoor pool, kids' splash pool and toddler pool; a fully equipped gymnasium and state-of- the-art spa with sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and treatment room (charges apply for the Spa complex).

The Bowleaze Cove Venue has a full programme of nightly entertainment with a first class restaurant. Separate to this building is the Sports Bar (with free Wi-fi), a coffee shop and diner with a large indoor soft play area.

Also on site is a launderette, Spar shop with bakery, Take Away and a regular bus service into town.

New to the site is the all-weather football pitch, which holds a popular soccer school programme throughout the summer months.

NOTE: Bowleaze Cove is a family holiday site and will not accept any single sex groups or commercial vehicles on site.
