Caravan Description
We have a modern, luxury 3 bedroom caravan available for hire on the Waterside Holiday Park and Spa. Manufactured in 2012 it has everything you need for your holiday and is perfect for families, couples or group bookings.
Located in a quiet flat area and centrally positioned so that all amenities can be reached within a short walk.
The caravan has central heating (radiators in all rooms), an electric fire in the lounge and double glazing.
The accommodation includes a master bedroom with wardrobe and cupboard storage and dressing table. Two twin bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard storage.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a separate toilet with hand basin.
There is a high spec kitchen with full size cooker and fridge freezer as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. All the utensils you would expect, together with cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is plenty of cupboard space to store food and worktop to prepare and serve meals.
The dining area has a full size table and chairs and comfortably sits 6 adults.
The large bright lounge has a huge comfortable wrap around sofa with chaise lounge to relax on. There is an electric fire, flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
The caravan is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.
Outside there is parking for two cars and plenty of open space and where we have provided a table, chairs and parasol for you to use.
What’s included in the price
Entertainment Passes for sports bar and Venue club house, duvets, pillows, bed linen, gas, electric and high chair.
Additional Costs
Swimming pool passes are available for an additional small charge and can be purchased on site. We have reflected this in our own rental prices. Spa treatments are also available.
There is a regular bus service running between the park and Weymouth Esplanade. There are various stop points along the route close to many local attractions (Sea Life, skate park and Lodmoor Country Park to name a few).
During the summer the park runs a soccer school with Arsenal football club. Prices and availability can be obtained from reception.
Wi-Fi passes are available from reception.
Booking Conditions
We require a non-returnable deposit of £100 with your completed booking form and the balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
We also require a security deposit of £100 which will be returned to you after the caravan has been inspected following your departure.
