Caravan Description
Our 38ft x 12ft holiday home is situated in an elevated position with beautiful views over the site and countryside. It also has a large balcony that benefits from the sun from around 10am until sunset, with a table and chairs provided. There is also a front balcony to take in the views with your morning coffee!
The holiday home is fully equipped, with facilities to include a slow cooker, air fryer, Wifi, a 42 inch TV with a Blu Ray player plus a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. We also have a games cupboard and books.
The caravan has two shower rooms, one double bed, two twin beds and one sofa bed that can sleep one person
Parking for 2 cars is available next to the caravan, on concrete. There is a EV charging point opposite the pool
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will be required to bring your own linen. Alternatively you may hire it from us for an additional price (£17 per room or £45 for all 4 beds). This also includes two bath mats and oven gloves.
We allow one small, non-shedding dog for an additional £30 per week (Breed will be asked for booking form). You will be required to bring your own dog bed.
Our prices include entertainment passes for you and the family to enjoy all the facilities including the Venue, Sports Bar and more that Waterside have to offer excluding swimming and gym passes.
Day and week passes for the Leisure Complex can be brought at the time of booking or when you arrive at the pool. Additional activities also available including Archery and Segways can be brought on-site or the app before arrival.

About the Area
Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa (formerly known as Waterside Holiday Park and Spa) itself is fantastic. It is set opposite a beach, beach bar/café, children's funfair and also next to the countryside along the cliffs.On site you will find indoor and outdoor pools, along with children's and adult entertainment. The park staff are friendly and helpful.
There is a bus available from the Park itself into Weymouth town centre every 20 minutes.
During your stay, you may want to explore the area too. My top choices are Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Sealife Centre, Nothe Fort, Portland and Abbotsbury Swannery, Farm and Tropical Gardens and of course, all the wonderful beaches Dorset has to offer.
