We’re delighted to offer our lovely three-bedroom, pet-friendly Carnaby Oakdale holiday home, set in a stunning location with breathtaking sea and countryside views. Nestled on Waterside’s Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park, this is the perfect retreat for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Inside our Holiday Home
Step into a warm and welcoming open-plan living space, designed with comfort in mind. The lounge features a spacious corner sofa, Smart TV, and a cozy electric fire, perfect for those relaxing evenings in. The dining area includes a table with seating for four.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering break, including a full-size cooker and gas hob, built-in microwave, full size fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher—so you can spend less time tidying and more time enjoying your stay.

Comfortable Bedrooms for a Peaceful Night’s Sleep
The holiday home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: a master double with en-suite, and two twin rooms. There’s also a well-appointed family shower room with WC.

Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome one small to medium‑sized dog during your stay. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, we just ask that pups don’t sleep in the bedrooms or climb onto the furniture.

You’ll find it really easy to get them out for a walk — the dog‑walking area is only about 10–12 steps from the holiday home, and from there you’re straight onto the footpath leading to the secure dog exercise area. It’s a great setup for quick outings and longer strolls alike.

Enjoy the Outdoors
Step outside onto your own private decking, a secure space where you can take in the panoramic views with your morning coffee or evening drink. There’s also dedicated parking for one car right next to the holiday home.


A Family-Focused Environment
Please note that Waterside is a family-oriented park, and as such, bookings for same-sex groups (e.g. stag or hen parties) are not permitted under park rules. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

Booking Details
To secure your stay, we require a 25% deposit, the remaining balance to be paid within 6 weeks of the holiday date. The holding deposit will only be refunded if cancelled within 6 weeks of the start date of the holiday. A further security deposit is also required of £150.00 which will be returned after your departure, provided there is no damage or breakages. Any costs/damages exceeding this amount will be charged to the lead guest who confirmed the booking.
