My holiday caravan for hire has full gas radiator heating and double glazing. It is situated on the tranquil Swanage Coastal Park, close to the Mesozoic Era rock sequences of the Jurassic Coast, less than a mile from the A351 road and 5 miles from Studland Beach.

There is parking to the front of my caravan, with enough space for 2 standard sized cars.

As you enter the gated decking you will find a key fob to gain access to the caravan (combination will be provided before arrival). On the decking you will find a 6 seater table and chairs for an optional outdoor dining experience. The decking has a wonderful view of green hills and a side view of the sea.

Upon entering the caravan through the main door, you will find a number of doors; the left door will lead you to the kitchen, dining area and lounge, while the others lead to each of the three bedrooms and the bathroom.

The kitchen is fitted with everything a kitchen needs, including a full size hob and oven; microwave; large fridge freezer; storage cupboards; cooking utensils; radio etc. I provide tea, coffee and sugar, as well as a small bottle of milk to welcome you. Washing up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels and other cleaning products will be provided too. There is a 4 seater dining table, which can be extended, with one additional chair provided. Situated next to the dining table are double glass doors that lead out onto the decking.

In the lounge there is a 6 seater fitted sofa, Freeview TV with in-built DVD player and an electric fire for extra warmth. The drawers situated underneath the TV are stocked full of DVDs, books and games, as well as a booklet full of recommendations of things to do nearby.

My caravan has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 at one time. In the first room, a double, you will find a double bed, bedside tables and a double wardrobe for storage. Further along the corridor you will find two identical rooms, each with two single beds, overhead storage and a single wardrobe. All bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

My caravan also has separate bathroom and shower room, both fitted with a sink. Hand soaps, toilet paper and hand towels are provided. You will also find large fresh towels on your bed for a shower!

I clean my caravan myself so I always ensure it is cleaned to the highest standard. My main goal for the caravan is that my guests feel like it’s a home from home, and I am confident you will feel this way on your visit!

Location

There is some beautiful scenery and amazing walks all around Swanage Coastal Park, with plenty of walks close to the caravan. The town of Swanage has some great eating places - I would recommend the Italian, the chinese takeaway and the curry house opposite the Globe. The Globe offers good food too, with The Red Lion and The Ship offering a good Sunday roast.

The nearest pub to the caravan park on the walk into Swanage is The Black Swan, which does some amazing food; they have a French chef – it is advisable to book though.

Places to visit locally include Corfe Castle, Durdle Door and Swanage Pier. If you’re feeling energetic, which not try walking to old Harry's rock, which has amazing views.
