Caravan Description
Our luxury St.David caravan is set on the newest development on Swanage Coastal Park.
NEWLY REFURBISHED FOR THE 2019 SEASON.
The caravan has full gas radiator central heating and double glazing, plus everything you would expect from a modern, top quality, chic apartment, but in a spacious holiday home.
The warm and welcoming lounge is very generous in space and boasts rich French walnut furniture. Large patio doors open onto the lovely sunny decking, which wraps around to the side door.
There is an inset electric fire with flame effect for added warmth on those cooler summer nights when central heating is not required, along with a 32" TV with Freeview, ample seating with plump cushions, and a pull-out double bed too. There are plenty of windows making it feel light and airy, just like home from home.
The kitchen has a full size gas cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, plenty of storage cupboards, all pots, pans, kitchen utensils etc.
The spacious main bedroom has full length window, king size bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, overhead cupboards and plenty of wardrobe space, plus a TV with Freeview and an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has a large wardrobe, overhead cupboards, reading lamp and twin beds.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet, plus storage for towels etc.
Outside has spectacular views. There is parking directly outside the caravan on a hardstanding, so no muddy feet!
WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY.
Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up for your arrival.
High chair and travel cot can be provided for an extra charge of £10 each, but please note that no bedding is provided for a cot.
Hand soaps, washing up liquid, dish cloths, toilet rolls are all provided.
We also provide tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of milk in the fridge for a cuppa; just what you need after a long journey.
We want it to feel like a real home from home, so try to provide those little extras. All you need to bring is your towels and tea towels.
Our caravan is cleaned to the highest standard. Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction.
We are local holiday home owners so will be close at hand should you have any questions.
We are confident you will be more than happy with your stay with us.
Booking Terms
Payment is by Bank Transfer only. Sorry no cheques.
A 30% deposit is payable within 3 days to book holiday. Non returnable if cancelled.
Balance payable within 6 weeks of holiday start date.
A £100 returnable damages deposit is added upon booking. This is returned following your departure, subject to no damages and the caravan is left in a clean condition.

About the Area
Our caravan is set in 15 acres of stunning countryside on Swanage Coastal Park.It has breathtaking panoramic views over the Purbeck Hills and Swanage Bay, and is the ideal location to explore the beautiful Jurassic coastline, with coastal walks a short distance away.
There is an enclosed children's play area and launderette on site, and you can also use the facilities on the site next door (for a small additional cost) which include a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and gym.
From Swanage Coastal Park it is a ten minute walk into the town and seafront.
Swanage boasts the Blue Flag award for its excellent beach and water quality. Swanage steam train rides to Corfe Castle, which is rich in historical heritage, and is perfect for soaking up the beautiful Purbeck countryside. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are close by along the Jurrasic coast, and the famous Sanbanks is just a short drive away.
