Welcome to Your Holiday Home at Rockley Park!

Dear Guest,

We're delighted to welcome you to our comfortable holiday home located within Haven's Rockley Park Holiday Centre in Poole!

Our 2021, 3-bedroom static caravan offers a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Dorset coast. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, providing a safe and peaceful environment for your family. Enjoy the enclosed, gated decking area - perfect for relaxing in the sun or letting the kids play. The caravan is conveniently located close to both the on-site amenities and the beach.

Here's what you can expect during your stay:

* Comfort & Convenience: Gas central heating, double glazing, and family-friendly features.
* Fully Equipped:
* Bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twin rooms (all bedding provided - duvets, pillows, mattress & pillow protectors). Please note towels are not provided.
* Bathrooms: 1 shower room with toilet and basin, plus a separate toilet and basin.
* Lounge: TV, electric fire, dining table (4 chairs), games, radio/CD player, coffee table.
* Kitchen: Gas hob/oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, clothes airer, iron, washing up liquid, and basic cleaning supplies.
* Extras: Bed guard, hairdryer, coat hangers.
* Outdoor Space: Table and chairs for outdoor dining, private parking for 2 cars.
* Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi.
* Location Highlights: Short walk to the entertainment complex, beach, and Dorset coast. Good transport links from Poole to explore the surrounding areas.

Important Information:

* Maximum Guests: 6
* Restrictions: No charging of electric vehicles, no smoking, no pets, no parties/events/hen/stag parties, no commercial photography.
* House Rules: Please be respectful of our neighbours and leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
* Minimum Stay: 3 nights
* Check-in: 4 PM (Self-check-in via lock box - we will try to accommodate earlier check-in if possible.)
* Check-out: 10 AM
* Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required within 3 days to secure your booking.
* Full Payment: Required 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
* Damage Deposit: £100 (refundable upon satisfactory inspection after departure). Please report any breakages.

Departure Checklist:

* Switch off all appliances.
* Ensure the caravan is secure.
* Empty all bins.
* Remove all food from the fridge.

Important Note Regarding Entertainment Passes:

We do not provide passes for the entertainment facilities or pool. These can be booked in advance directly with Haven. Please visit the Rockley Park Haven website for a full list of amenities and activities.

You can access the following without a pass: shop, play areas, amusements, fish & chip shop, restaurant, pizza takeaway, and the beach.

A bus service runs directly from the park into Poole town and Sandbanks.
