We would like to welcome you to our holiday home for hire on Haven’s Rockley Park Holiday Centre,

Please contact us if you require other dates or length of stays as we maybe able to offer flexibility on your booking.

Poole is a really great place to stay as it provides good transport connections to visit other parts of the Dorset coast. It is a perfect place to stay for young and old alike. Please do contact us if you have any questions.

This comfortable, gas central heated, double glazed, family friendly caravan on Rockley Park, sleeps 6 and provides you with homely extras.

It’s in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac setting, with a safe outside area for children to play, as well as wraparound, gated decking for younger members to enjoy and just for for you to sit and relax in the nice sunny aspect on a summer’s day.

This 2021, 3 bedroom static caravan is close to the on site amenities and the beach.

The price includes Wi-Fi within the caravan, bed linen at no extra cost. All beds have duvets, pillows and mattress/pillow protectors.
Towels are not provided, so please remember to bring with you.

Also provided: bed guard, hairdryer, coat hangers

Bookings, Conditions & House Rules

6 guests maximum
No charging of electric vehicles
No smoking
No pets
No parties, events, Hen/Stag parties
No commercial photography

Whilst we can supply bed linen, we do not supply towels.

Please be respectful of our neighbours.

Minimum 3 night booking

Check in: 4pm - Self-check in via lock box (Will will try to do earlier if the property is ready for you).

Check out: 10am

Non-refundable deposit of £50 is required within 3 days of your booking in order to secure your stay.

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

£100 damage and breakages deposit is required (this will be returned to you once the home has been checked).

We would appreciate that upon departure everything is switched off and the caravan is left secure. Please make sure bins are emptied, food is removed from fridge and property is left in the same condition as found. We understand that the odd accident can happen, and we would appreciate it if you reported any breakages, so that we can make sure replacements are there for future guests.

PLEASE NOTE

We cannot provide passes to access the entertainment facilities or pool. The pass for these can be booked in advance directly with Haven. To see the full list of amenities and activities on offer, please visit the Rockley Park Haven website.

Access for the following can be used without a pass: shop, play areas, amusements, fish & chip shop, restaurant, pizza takeaway and beach.

There is also a bus that runs directly from the Park, which goes into Poole town and Sandbanks.
