Caravan Description

Welcome to our newly refurbished 2 bedroom, open plan caravan on Rockley Park in Poole, Dorset, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on Bay Hollow.

Our lovely 6 berth caravan on Rockley Park benefits from full double glazing and central heating and offers an open lounge, kitchen, diner, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

The lounge has a lovely sea view and comes equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, smart TV and free private Wi-Fi, along with books and games for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped, to include an electric oven, full burner gas hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer top box, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is an iron and table-top ironing board, a washing airer and cleaning equipment. We also provide a complimentary pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and hairdryer. The small room has two single beds and a cupboard. Duvets, pillows, bottom sheet, mattress and pillow protectors are supplied for your convenience. Hand towels are provided in the bathroom and tea towels in the kitchen. Laundry facilities are available on-site at guests' cost. All bedding provided for stays over 5 nights.

Outside is a patio area with sea view, a picnic bench, parasol and extra chairs.

One parking space is available beside the caravan, plus plenty of on road parking around the site.

Minimum two night stays.

There is a key safe at the property for easy check in/out.

Check in time 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 11am on the day of departure. We can be flexible!

Security deposit of £50.00. This will be fully refunded to you after the holiday home has had satisfactory checks for any damage, or any unexpected extra cleaning costs.
Deposit of £50.00 to secure your booking & full balance of payment will be required prior to your holiday.

No smoking allowed.

No stilettos on vinyl floor.

Only one dog allowed.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price of accommodation, but are available to purchase directly from Rockley Park Reception or up to 4 weeks in advance. We believe they run from Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday. Please See their website for most up-to-date details and prices.

Just a two minute walk from our caravan to your right, is the local beach where there are lots of water sport activities and a restaurant. There's also a small marina with the opportunity to hire a boat, do a spot of crabbing, rent an e-bike or go on a tour.

Just a one minute walk from our caravan to your left and down some stairs, is a launch pad for non-motorised water sports crafts.

Ham Common, a local nature reserve, is on site with wonderful walks and stunning views over the sea.

A local bus service stops at the entrance of Rockley Park, giving you the opportunity to explore Dorset, including Swanage, Corfe Castle, Poole and Bournemouth etc.
