Regal Autograph 40 x 13 holiday home for hire on Rockley Park, situated on Harbour View; a peaceful location within 2 mins walk of the beach and 5 mins from the main complex.
Our holiday home for hire on Harbour View, offers amazing views from the veranda across the water - and being south facing, you have the added bonus of all day sun!
Within the holiday home you will find an open plan living area, which comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining area. This spacious area offers a comfortable living space. For your pleasure, we have provided, wifi, a smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio, board games, cards, DVDs, books and puzzles.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need for a self-catering break. Both the dining table and sofa seat 4 comfortably.
Moving through the hall, you will find a separate toilet with basin, then a shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin - very handy for a family to have two toilets.
The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe offering ample hanging space and storage shelves. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, a small wardrobe with hanging space, plus storage above and below the beds.
Outside there is a gated, south facing veranda with furniture, allowing you to enjoy the view over the water and to enjoy the sun; the sunset is particularly stunning from our veranda.
Bed linen is included free of charge for stays of 5 nights or more. We charge a fixed fee of £20 for lesser durations, to cover the additional laundry costs.
We welcome well behaved dogs, but please bring their beds, bowls, toys, etc. We charge a fixed pet fee of £25, to cover our additional cleaning costs.
Location
Situated on Harbour View, our holiday home for hire on Rockley Park is located very close to the private beach where you will find a lovely café serving a wide range of beverages, snacks and ice cream. Beside the café is a children's play area on soft sand. At the beach, water sports and other water activities are available at an additional cost, via the sailing club.
Rockley Park is a Haven site and use of the main complex facilities is at an additional cost, via the purchase of Play Passes. Facilities include entertainment, swimming and outdoor activities. Further details can be provided upon request.
